Customer service ?? Telephone answer machine left two messages no replies. Emails no response after 24?hours to an urgent request to a failed door lock on a Thursday. Friday afternoon now. No phones answered another email sent.

Update I’ve had to remove the door lock to secure the premises. Waited until the end of the day for some customer support. 1 star was deserved.

I only received part of my order, which when queried they said they would look into, and a month has gone by without an update. The lock itself is good...but the fingerprint recognition is very glitchy and often doesn't work so I have to use the key fob - this causes problems as we only have 2.
UPDATE: There was an issue with the inbox so my emails were unanswered due to this. I have since heard from their MD and my issues are now being addressed.

None existent customer service!! Do not trust!!

We have a severely autistic child with behavioural problems and need to keep him safe at all times. Keeping him out of rooms is a battle. After trying Various manual locks over the years which were not really up to the job and keys being a problem all the time, we found these biometric door locks at Blusafe.
What a life changer for us. We purchased the breeze model and now have fitted these to all our internal doors. They are very well made and solid and they look awesome. Best of all they just work and keep on working. They are very easy to install and register fingerprints. Will never turn back again now that we have these thank you and can I say your customer service is brilliant.

Excellent product and great communication from company. I was initially nervous getting a smart lock but decided to give it a go. Glad i did. Installed myself thanks to the excellent instructional video online. The lock is very sturdy, responsive and far neater on the door than all the other smart locks i looked at. Highly recommend.

Have moved across from owning a Yale Conexis L1 lock for 3 years the Origin Smart from Blusafe is on another level!!! The hardware is well made, the fingerprint works every-time, the key fobs are much better quality and the remote unlock is truly spectacular! The app works brilliantly you can track who is locking and unlocking a lot better than the Yale app (which is horrendous) it’s just night and day between the Yale and the Origin Smart. So happy with the product and at the end of the phone or email was Ben and his team everytime, knowledgable and has time for anyone that needs the help. I cannot recommend this product or Blusafe enough. Looking forward to the future update for Google home too. This door lock is a true game changer! Don’t even consider anything else!

Fantastic product, was so glad i purchased the origin smart handle instead of the Yale the origin is a lot better and Dan is so helpful and he couldn't do enough for you if you need any help, he is always contactable which is unusual. highly recommend!!!

I bought the Origin Smart to replace my Yale Conexis smart lock as I've had quite a few problems with the Conexis! The mechanism failed leaving me with big concerns over reliability. The Yale app was also lacking features and used to log me out every time of use. My kids always lose keys or the fobs that Yale came with, the Origin Smart resolved this issue as it uses the app or fingerprints that can't be lost! I spoke to Blusafe before purchasing and it had all the features I needed, they were easy to contact and very responsive.
I opted for a Black lock with Wi-Fi and professional installation, a locksmith came out to fit it within a week of ordering and it's been great ever since. Looking to purchase a second lock as I wanted to test one out first and couldn't be happier with the experience and product.

Day one! Purchase the fingerprint front door lock from the ideal home show, Tom is lovely and really believes in the product and so he should it’s brilliant! It arrived and has been installed using their installation team. Dan was super helpful and professional. Great set up and walk through on how to use it!

Purchased the Blusafe Origin following a recent exhibition. Delivered within 24 hours. Installed so easily within 15 minutes. The online Youtube video was so simple to follow and the installation was a breeze. Really please with it and works exactly as expected. It would good if the App was a little bit more 'finished' but perfectly capable.

I run an Airbnb, the spare room in my house so we need to have secure locks on bedroom doors, for the guests and family. I now have 3 x Breeze Satin Chrome handles on the bedroom doors. This company was a lifesaver and enabled me to open my business. I'd ordered two different styles previously and although from UK based websites, products came from China with horrendously translated instructions and frankly cheap rubbish! We couldn't programme them either, they just didn't do what they were supposed to and were costly mistakes. Someone recommended Blusafe and I spoke to Tom before committing again. He has videos to show how to install which he sent links to and assured us he would be available if needed, but we didn't need it as they were very easy to install and programme. The handles work really well and feel nice and solid, quality. We don't have to take keys around with us when guests are in and also we feel more secure knowing no one can get in to our rooms when we're sleeping. Can't recommend highly enough.

I have been using this lock in the gym for the last month or so and so far it has been great, not having to carry a key with me has been one of the main benefits but I have also been surprised by how responsive the fingerprint sensor has been (even after a shower). I previously had a similar one that I purchased on Amazon but unfortunately it didn't end up lasting too long, but even after this first month I can tell the build quality of this one is much better. Would highly recommend.

Such a cool idea! I'm notorious for losing keys so the fact that I can use my fingerprint to open the lock is ideal for me. Super long battery life too.

Ordered a fingerprint padlock to take the gym - It arrived on time, is easy to set up, and is so much better than having to remember my key!
