BOYCOTT! FAKE FAKE FAKE!!!! THIS COMPANY IS ALL LIESS GUYSS!! DO NOT ORDER!! I had ordered an ipl machine from this company around 5 weeks ago thinking it was a legit company! They said delivery takes between 3-8 working days it has now been 5 weeks and till this day I have still not received my machine! I emailed the company multiple times and they kept giving me excuses or would tell my my order was “lost” during delivery, so I then emailed them saying I want to cancel my order and would like a refund instead. They offered me a 25% discount which they did not send! I asked for a full refund and there is still no sign of my money! THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!! THEY DO NOT TAKE THERE CUSTOMERS SERIOUSLY AND ARE SCUMMERS!! BEWARE GUYS! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!! Check there followers guys ever influencer that has advertised for this business isnt even following them! Also they will not refund your money and keep giving u false excuse as they have a 90 day refund policy. So I would advise anyone that are having problems to stop letting them waste your time and to contact your bank asap and get a refund otherwise once 90 days are over they won’t send a refund!! I contacted my bank and got my refund too.

This company is a scam! Do not fall into the trap of YouTubers and influencers advertising it. You will lose money and never receive any package from them!!

Ordered after seeing an influencer promoting it's product!

Ordered in First week of May 2021 and in june get a message saying it's stuck at depot and to send address again. First of all after I had put in correct address still get asked again! Come till this day 25th July I have still not received my product I purchased! Emails back and forth just saying will let you know when it's dispatched with a tracking number, we in contact with the warehouse, will send a replacement etc.. excuses after excuses.
Scam and fraud of a company Don't know why these influencers are promoting it and then when you contact them they don't want to know!

Placed my order on the 16th June, never received it. Lost count of emails I have sent. Was told order was lost in post, they would resend it. Still no order, have asked for my money back, and yes I’m still waiting on it. Absolutely rubbish company. I feel its a scam. So don’t waste your time or money on them.

I wouldn’t even rate this company 1 star to be honest . After purchasing a product following a review on Instagram with a large following I was disappointed with the product so sent back inline with their 90 day money back guarantee . I firstly was queried why I was sending back and then when the return was accepted I have never received my refund and paid £9 postage so I’m significantly out of pocket. DO NOT BUY - SCAMMERA

3 issues:
Delay in despatch - they say 1-5 days? Nope. It took them 2 weeks despatch and they only despatched after I chased them. No communication from them before then.

By the time they despatched, they'd advertised a discount. Surely they'd honour the new discount after THEIR delay in despatch? No. I asked and got ignored. Twice. Poor customer service.

No quibble guarantee within 90 days in marketing promos. Literally says "Try It On Us. All of our products are covered by a 90 Day Money Back Guarantee. Simply get in touch with us and follow our return protocol to get a full refund."

But returns policy says you can only return if unopened. These mixed messages make me distrust the brand.

I emailed requesting a refund. Was responded to by asking WHY? No quibble guarantee, no questions asked.. really?

Also, I saw this after I ordered but the marketing spiel is disgusting, and should be in 1950s.

Are you serious? This company's ethos is trash.

EDIT: 3 days later, they have continued back and forth emails querying why I want a refund. They advertise a no quibble refund policy within 90 days!

I have explained in multiple emails but each time the customer service rep does not read the previous message. It seems like a stalling tactic. The customer service gets worse with every interaction.

so i had ordered my product and it wasn’t delivered so i sent emails and more emails and then asked for a refund and my money still hasn’t gone into my account.
in my personal opinion and from my experience i will never be purchasing from them again. This company needs lots of improvement.

Like most of the reviews on here I have not received my order since ordering on 15th May 2021 its now 18th June and still no item. The tracking number that was provided has never worked and still says royal mail have no record of it.
I tried calling, WhatsApp and emailing the company to query this and could only get a response via email.
The website says delivery in 3-8 business days so when this time had passed I queried this and they said their shipping is during that time so delivery can be anytime after that. Website is miss leading!
Asked for refund 3 times as I had to purchase an ILP from elsewhere in the end as wanted results before my holiday, they refused to give me a refund but suggested I return the item when its delivered...they refused to accept that the item is clearly lost and that I had not received the item to be able to return it.
I waited a further 2 weeks to give them the benefit of the doubt but still no item. I again requested a refund and at this point the company advised they checked the shipping and agreed it was lost so asked if I want a refund. Duh! I've asked for one 4 times by this point. As it happens, I raised a claim through my bank following my unsuccessful attempts to get a refund from this company previously and had not realised the bank got this money back for me. I then received an email from the company saying they've been made aware of the chargeback claim and have reviewed the shipping now telling me it shows its been delivered to me so they're now playing the victim accusing me of lying about not receiving my item yet all these reviews are saying the same thing! They then proceed to tell me to retract my claim as its not fair on them yet this company expects the customer to foot the bill when items are lost...who is this really not fair on!? The customer who's paid the scamming company and not received their goods I'd say! I stand by the charge back as I don't trust this company one bit to give me my money back so through the bank it is! Black ldn you need to take note of these reviews as it seems your consistently giving poor service either that or change your shipping method if this many parcels are being lost. Pandemic is no excuse now, especially 15 months into the pandemic, postal companies have upped their game and given the best service yet on all other items I've ordered elsewhere so whoever you're 'shipping' your items with are either pulling a fast one on you or you are the scammers!

Scam Alert! I Order few item a month ago still didn’t receive it ,so I email customer service they said the package was lost then they email a few hours later saying they found the tracking and I track it myself nothing ain’t showing I ask when I would get my order they stop answering my emails , I need my money back now so set theif .I’m going report this business

This company is a scam. They take your order and money but never sent the item. I have been waiting over 4 weeks and never received the item. I sent numerous emails and they keep telling me different things. I asked for a refund and they still won’t are trying to tell me they will send a replacement. I refused and now they won’t reply to my emails. PLEASE avoid buying from Blackldn, there are many more trustworthy companies out there.

If I could give minus stars I would. I ordered from this company after and after weeks of chasing they told me it was lost and asked if I wanted a replacement. I advised I didn’t want to wait any longer and requested a refund. For days they kept saying it’ll be a few days and when I chased again advised it was delivered. Upon tracking it was delivered to an address in DUBAI.. absolutely shocking. Now they won’t respond to my emails. I also left a review on their website and they have taken it down. I noticed someone else left a review and advised people it was a scam and that review has been taken down too. They ask social media influencers to advertise their products which is absolutely disgusting and I will be messaging these influencers as surely they do not know this company is a scam and take peoples money and not send the item out. Anyone thinking about purchasing, please don’t. They take your money and you never get the item.
