I’ve only just purchased the product right this second but from reading the reviews on here and knowing that its a lot of cash to throw away on a product that could possibly be faulty by the time it arrives, I would save yourself the hassle of getting it delivered and I would appreciate it if you gave me a refund.

Terrible Company !!- received faulty products twice - not processing refund or reimbursing postage costs

I have never written a review on a product before, but I feel this is matter of principle after a terrible and stressful experience of dealing with this company.

I purchased the Airpods during the black Friday sale after few influencers endorsed the product and brand on Social Media. Foolishly without performing independent views on the company I purchased the air pods, trusting the influencers reviews (who I plan to contact separately as I feel they have duty to check and validate companies before endorsing!!!). I also purchased IPL machine which I still haven't chance to use.

Airpods arrived, I tested and found left ear piece wasn't working or charging. I contacted the customer support team and explained the problem and requested for product replacement. I was told I have to pay for the postage cost to return the faulty item and they would then replace the airpods. I insisted the product is faulty, was unreasonable to expect to pay for return costs. They agreed to reimburse the postage cost upon receipt of the item. Which they haven't done!!!

I received the replacement airpods few days ago, after testing them, found they have the same issue, left ear piece is not working (assuming they resent the same faulty piece back to me?). Contacted customer support and complained again and requested for a refund. Was told they wont process the refund until the second faulty item is returned and i would have to cover the returns cost again ! ( second time ).

This is a terrible after customer care for a company who are using social media platform to sell and raise awareness of their products. I haven't heard back from the customer support team and neither they seem to be interested in dealing with my compliant or processing my refund or reimbursing my postage costs for faulty product that i returned on 1st occasion.

Needless to say i wont be trusting this company again!

Delivery was taking a while but team kept me updated through out.

Once the product came I thought I’ll wait a few weeks to let it work, and I’m definitely seeing some results.

Awful company! They advised on there website that they have a 90 day money back GUARANTEE I was very disappointed by the quality of the product so I sent it back witch it had to pay £9 postage on and I still haven’t received my refund. They don’t care one bit and only seam to post good/fake reviews on their website. 0/10

Received my Brosse straightener. Its quick and easy to use. I have long frizzy hair and it leaves my hair looking very healthy and shiny within minutes. Also gets rid of the frizz. Would recommend this as I am very happy with the product.

Othe worst company I've bought from , there information before buying is misleading, they don't deliver when stated and the delivery times stated were 3-7 working days , customer service don't care once they have your money . It's pathetic that how a company can have such a low level of service.
I've contacted the company numerous amount of times and they keep passing the buck, blaming royal mail and I need to contact them , not considering that due to the current situation phone call waiting time are an hour and for them to discuss anything with me I need the red card when you have missed a delivery ,this company has regards or concern about how to deal with my issue and personally don't even care .
You only make a mistake once and I will not buy anything from this company , also advise others not to buy from this company .
I would like to state that it has been 6 weeks and counting since I purchased the item , no company nor person is having this long delay in delivering e.g I bought an item from eBay it came one week late according to their delivery times stated, I bought an item from Amazon it came two days early according to their delivery times stated .

Wasted my money. Comb straightener does not do what it says I got fooled by instragram influencers who were promoting it and they made it look super easy and straight hair but in reality it does not work , so let down and blvck refuse to refund

I purchased the product in the black Friday sale, changed my mind before it arrived and requested a refund and was told that I will need to return the item when it arrives as my order could not be cancelled. So I returned the item the day after it arrived, via Royal Mail tracking and was notified that my refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. It's been a month, I have chased again and was given the same response, 3-5 business days. I wonder if the influencers that work with this company receive the same slow and shocking service that paying customers like myself do?

Updated: regarding the response below, I can assure you that I checked my PayPal account prior to leaving the review just in case the refund had been issued, and it had not. Only after leaving the review and receiving the response has the refund appeared in my paypal account. It would've saved me a lot of time if I just left this review 3 weeks ago as it is very obvious to me now how this company treats paying customers who are patient and polite. There was no paypal problem whatsoever.

I can’t contact you guys to tell you I haven’t yet recieved my product.

Fantastic item, works wonders and I will be saving alot of money by not having to pay for expensive laser treatments as I can do so from home.
Have recommended to all my friends and family.
Excellent customer service as well, as always responding to my queries and questions.

Amazing customer service. Product arrived around a few days late, but they were so transparent and polite throughout.
