The Ms. Cochrane bobblehead is a work of art. Thank you for answering the question of “who tells your story?”. I plan to focus on her example of Innovation this Fall with Chemical Engineering students just starting college. Thank you!!

Dealing with Bobbleheads.com AKA Royalbobbleheads.com was torture from beginning to final end. They will string you along with promises of completion and putting a "RUSH" on your order. Good luck with that! The work on custom bobble heads is not done in house. It is for filled by one of their contractors in China and both you and they are at the mercy of these contractors timeline. In my case the one company contractor shut down and I had to start all over with the next contractor, all through the Bobblehead software. This gift was obviously months late. The owner of the company will NEVER return your call or email. The owner’s daughter ultimately took $50 off. Not fair compensation for the hell that they put me through. I should have looked at the BBB site before deciding to go with this company. The disputes are accurate based on my personal experience. Ordered 8-24-22 and finally received on 12-30-23. What I find interesting is all of the negative comments were removed from Google. Not sure how they accomplished that. However, the reviews on Trust Pilot and BBB stand. Please use any other company. I would recommend purchasing through Amazon.

Worst experience ever. I ordered one bobblehead, and they delivered it almost after 3-4 months. I changed the house and asked them to ship to another location but they discarded the product and asked me to order it again and they would give me 30% off. I mean like really what about the fully paid product.
Firstly your product is not cheap, secondly, regardless of how many times you reach out to them, they would never call you back or reply on time, thirdly who discards the returned product without reaching out to the Customer and checking with them?
You have phone, email, text, confirm it once before discarding the product that they paid money for?
Also reply on time when they call you, or email you.

The bobble head is pretty good quality and resembles the intended person in a very general way. Not spot on. Took a very long time to be made as the item is made in China,so all correspondence is delayed by time difference. It took almost 2 months to receive. Order waaaaaay ahead if it's a gift.

Ordered a bobblehead two weeks before Thanksgiving for a Christmas gift never received. DON'T BUY HERE STAY AWAY

I'm very disappointed in my purchase. I spent alot of money for a custom bobble head/rush order and out side of the skin and hair color it does not look like the person I provide the photo of. There is no way I can give this away as intended. Do not spend the money on the custom bobble heads on this site they will do a poor job customizing it to look like the person you want it to look like.

The owner of the business is unprofessional, unethical and 100% vulgar. Worst experience I've ever encountered in my entire life. He should be ashamed of the way he talks to people. Do NOT do business here. There are many other vendors and suppliers that actually care about the people they do business with.

Edit in response to the business response: there has been absolutely ZERO attempt at direct communication with me to address any issue, despite any claims that they may post here to save face. The only correspondence that I have is from TrustPilot's team. They have not "tried their best". I welcome any DIRECT communication, yet they've failed to do so. A 4.7 star rating means NOTHING when a business discriminates (i.e., picks and chooses who they wish to pursue good business with). Also, DON'T trust ShopperApproved - it's just a platform that business can pay for (meaning, they can delete negative reviews and just show good ones). Deceptive!

Interesting that they didn't address their 3.3 rating here on TrustPilot. Again, you as a consumer deserve better and there are better options out there for you!

This was one of the most painful experiences I think I've ever had the misfortune of paying for!

I'm uncertain if their 'artists' can read english, which in itself caused enough agony but for me, the worst was when they started using photos of a person that I didn't even know!

They offer no refunds, even if they are at fault - buyer beware!

The whole process took 6 months, the company doesn't care, they only are interested in your hard earned cash.

Save your sanity and money by going elsewhere.
