Second time I’ve ordered flowers from here. They’ve been absolutely beautiful! Delivered on time, and lovely and fresh. Lasted over a week.

Very nice looking roses. Beautifully packaged. Unfortunately I have to give you 3 stars. Waited around ALL DAY!! Purchased the flowers for my mums birthday along with a balloon paying premium delivery price arranging to be delivered 2 days after ordering on her birthday. Arrived at quarter to 8 at night after the day had finished. Not good enough you need to dump that pathetic excuse of a company called Royal Mail as they are pathetic and incompetent. Order from this company if you’re in no rush or if your buying for an occasion and need them Avoid buy elsewhere

I recently sent flowers to a friend who had been diagnosed with cancer the flowers were dead within 24 hours l sent two emails to the company with photos and have not received a reply!

So easy to use this site Flowers are always beautiful o will be returning to this company again and again

Not only where the flowers delivered two days after the requested date, they arrived looking dull and withered.

The bouquet wasnt the same as advertised. None of the yellow flowers were included. The bouquet arrived a day later than requested. Despite many e-mails requesting an explanation, no communication has been received. Very disappointing experience

No refund for flowers delivered incorrectly and no messages following numerous attempts to contact!

Very bad experience with them never use this service again the first and the last time .. the deliver man ( Royal Mail ) left the parcel outside ( public area ) it’s been stolen … when I contacted them by email they didn’t even bother to reply even by phone no answers .

Couldn’t get any response when trying to phone, left massages no answers.

The flowers did not last very long 5 days not as good as Tesco but twice the price or more

The flowers died after 2 days. I wasn't offered any replacement or refund. Needless to say I will never use this company again.

Lots of choice of bouquets and reasonably priced too. Delivered as promised and my mum in law was absolutely delighted with them. She said the colours were stunning and the bouquet was huge. I was very happy as its always difficult not being able to see what youre buying online. Thank you so much.
