Bouquet order 2 weeks in advance was delivered a day late and the bouquet received was nothing like the picture on website.
Not expecting exact replica but at least some similarity...
Absolutely dreadful!

Not at all happy ordered flowers to be delivered today and it says on tracking it will be tomorrow, This is not what I ordered it was for a special occasion today!

Flowers arrived dry and dead.
No contact provided to contact company to complain.
After eventually obtaining an email contact, the resonse was dismissive, refusing to replace.
Would advise NOT to use this company.

I order a lovely bouquet of flowers on the 22nd of May ,for a 40th birthday present. To be delivered on the 29th of May,that's a week,you would think it would be plenty of time ,to get it on the day. Email from Parcel Force item estimated delivery between 10.20 - 12.20am the 29th.Nothing arrived.The flowers came on the 30th. So very disappointed to of arrived after special day. I don't think I would use this company again.

Ordered some flowers for my nan, to be delivered on my great nans anniversary 30/5 paid extra for delivery so they would come on a certain day and they have still not been delivered!! I’ve emailed the company had no response from them!! They have sent me tracking number what doesn’t even exist when putting it into the tracking number!! Disgusting service and customer service!! Avoid this company first time ordering and will not be ordering again!!

I have never used this site before but it was so easy to place my order and the array of different bouquets was lovely to see, spoilt for choice.
Will be definitely be ordering again from this company.

I always use bouquets by post, whenever I want to order flowers. My friends love them.

Didnt arrive on time. No response to emails

I ordered flowers on 24th May for delivery on 26th May. The money was taken on 26th May but the flowers were not delivered. I emailed and left voice mails as the phones were never answered. I had an email thanking me for shopping with bouquets by post, but flowers have still not arrived.

I ordered a dozen roses for my wife and they didn't last like all the other flowers i have ordered.

I ordered flowers for a friend after major surgery. The flowers took 5 days to be delivered in a heatwave and turned up dead. They were promptly disposed of by my friends daughter so no photos were available. They refused a refund in spite of the fact I sent evidence I had sent an alternative bouquet from a different company to replace them. Their customer service is appalling don’t know what the flowers are like won’t be using them again to find out.

I ordered my bouquet 7 days before my 20th wedding anniversary and they turned up a day late. I was then told by customer service delivery was only estimated. Why bother asking what day you want delivery if they can't get it there with 7 days notice.

Don’t waste your money ordered a bouquet for my friend was supposed to to be delivered nxt day wasn’t then when they arrived its was a few flowers not worth the money

Once again not disappointed.Sent several bouquets all which were stunning and the people were delighted with them.Thanks again.

Absolutely awful company with no communication. I would give 0 stars if i could..!
I ordered these for my son as he wanted to gift his girlfriend a gifts for their anniversary. Ordered them a few days in advance to make sure it gave him enough time. The flowers did not arrive by the chosen delivery date and still waiting now! They go away on a cruise tomorrow and i know they’ll come when they aren’t home!
I messaged them and what a surprise they have not messaged back.
I’m now not sure if i’m going to lose my money if no one answers the door as no one would be home!

Ive emailed them 5 times payed for the order and they have not responded to me and I have not received my order do not order from this company very bad on getting back to you

Have used this company twice this week, have been really pleased with this company. The flowers have been stunning and the recipients were really delighted with their gifts. Delivery was prompt, price excellent definitely value for money and could add chocolates plus a range of other goodies if required. I chose chocolates. Would definitely recommend!

Extremely happy with the service. I have sent bouquets recently to two friends after an operation and they were thrilled with them. Photos showed lovely flowers and a Get Well balloon. Also very quick , one was next day after ordering. Will use again thank you.
