Appalling communication…
I had to email several times for updates on my order, which didn't get dispatched for 3 weeks! The item was showing as 'in stock' on the website but apparently it was not. Arrived in the end, and I'm happy with my purchase just felt it could have been handled better. A simple email to explain the delay early doors would have been nice, especially as my payment was taken on order and not on despatch.

My husband ordered a clock from this…
My husband ordered a clock from this companying over 2 weeks ago. Delivery was due on 27th May. My husband emailed them enquiring receipt of order only to be told supplier problem and they would email us on 27th with an update. No email received. My husband has emailed them twice. We have tried phoning but number is permanently engaged. My husband has requested a refund. Alarm bells are ringing now! I think we've been done!

Hi Susan , we aplogise that there was going to be a delay of 48hours with your order and a bank holiday weekend we also to be considered , we did inform you of this Thursday May 23rd and asked how you would like to proceed and you instructed us to continue with your order which we duly did. On Tuesday May 28th you then had a change of heart and asked to cancel your order and receive a refund, which again we promptly performed , it is clear that in your words you most certainly have not been done !.

Fantastic customer service.
I have had a rare and positive experience with the customer service from Breeze.
I have had problems courting a vase. They are out of stock everywhere.
Breeze contacted immediately upon learning the case would be arriving later than promised.
They remained in touch throughout to ensure everything ran smoothly even during a hitch and I was fully informed at all times about delivery dates etc.
Brilliant and breathe if fresh air to know your custom is valued.

It's always a pleasure purchasing from Breeze Furnishings. Margaret, in particular, consistently goes above and beyond to assist with finding the perfect furniture.
Last year, I bought a TV unit and sideboard for my lounge, and I was so impressed by the quality and design that I returned this year to purchase bedroom furniture.
The pieces are not only of excellent quality but also beautifully crafted. Margaret was very responsive throughout the process and managed delivery expectations perfectly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-notch furniture and service!

Everything is just perfect!
After searching for a set of dining chairs for ages, we eventually bought from Breeze Furnishings and we are so pleased we did.
Very helpful friendly staff, good prices and white glove delivery service. What's not to love!
Great straightforward transaction, I would definitely recommend this company.
Plus we LOVE our new chairs, they are absolutely gorgeous and a little different from what you see everywhere else!

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
I ordered two stools on 1st March and payed for them, promised delivery 15th March, nothing ariived, then went to 22nd March got a text to say driver delayed 2 hours and never turned up, got an email and text to say delivery now between 8 and 11.00 23rd March, it’s now 11.30 and guess what, no delivery. Be warned, bunch of cowboys, DEAL WITH AT YOUR OWN RISH, YOUHAVE BEEN WARNED, DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER

Hidden Gem.
Love my new Accent chair. Service and communication was fab, as were the staff. Very knowledgable about there products. Nice to shop in a family run business which most certainly had a personal touch. I will definitely shop here again. Thank You.
