We had our first clean yesterday with Broom and Bucket and Juan was our cleaner. He arrived on time and was really professional. He talked us through exactly what he was going to clean in each room and when he was finished everything was perfect. After some bad cleaning service experiences in the past, I was a little worried but everything was seamless and we will definitely be back and recommend. Thank you!

David P and Caitlin cleaned my home on 3/7/26. They did a brilliant job;such attention to detail. They were both extremely thorough, courteous and good-humoured. Great experience with Broom and Bucket. Caitlin was quick to respond to my enquiry and helped me choose the right level of cleaning I needed. Abbi and David were both brilliant - the house is in much better shape (and Abbi was so good with our cats 🐈‍⬛😍). I’ve recommended Broom and Bucket to my friends and family already.

Having had a really bad experience with a previous company, I was a little apprehensive when I booked Broom and Bucket to clean my disabled sister's house while she was in hospital, but I really didn't need to worry. Sandra turned up on time with all of her own cleaning equipment and a big smile. She was friendly, reassuring, professional, and boy, did she work hard. She cleaned a three bedroomed parlour house from top to bottom, including the windows, in four and a half hours using pure graft, and left it clean and sparkling.

Broom and Bucket were fantastic. I’ve tried a few services which haven’t worked out for a variety of reasons… Broom & Bucket were super professional and lovely to chat with throughout, and Mollie did an incredible job on our home. All the rigorous cleaning you could hope for, and unexpected sweet touches. I walked around my house for ages after feeling a huge weight off. Can’t recommend enough.

Extremely disappointing experience with this company.

I booked a professional deep clean for my newly purchased property, including three bathrooms, a cloakroom, kitchen, and utility room. I was quoted £367.20 and paid a deposit in advance, expecting a thorough and professional service.

Unfortunately, the standard of work provided fell far below expectations. After the cleaning team attended, I found that significant parts of the agreed work had not been completed. The cloakroom, kitchen, and utility room were left untouched. The bathrooms that were supposed to have been deep cleaned also had visible issues, including dirt, residue, mould in areas such as shower areas and sink overflows, and what appeared to be urine residue around toilet areas.

I provided photographs showing the condition of the property after the clean. Despite being given evidence of these issues, the company did not properly address the cleaning defects. Instead, I was asked to pay the remaining balance, and I was later told there would be an additional charge of £122 for a return visit to complete the kitchen, utility room, and cloakroom — areas that were included in the original booking.

For a service advertised as a professional deep clean, I expected a much higher standard. The difference between what was booked and what was delivered was extremely disappointing. In my view, charging extra to complete areas that were part of the original service is unacceptable.

The most disappointing part was not only the quality of the cleaning, but also the way my complaint was handled. My concerns and supporting photographs were not properly reviewed, and the focus appeared to remain on payment rather than resolving the issues raised.

Based on my experience, I would not use this company again and would advise others to carefully confirm exactly what is included before booking.

The whole process of arranging the clean was really straightforward and Daisy & Caitlin were both really helpful and keen to get feedback. Bex did a fantastic job of cleaning and the team had shared with her things I’d mentioned I wanted cleaning specifically.

These ladies provide such an amazing service. They are professional, hard working and just lovely people. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I would like to say how good Vicky, Holly. And Daisy were at cleaning our house they done a very professional job, both me and the wife were really pleased our house looks really clean now, once again thank you Broom and Bucket very professional outfit. I will have use back again and again.

Had a fantastic experience with Hollie and Bex. The end of tenancy cleaning was really thorough and they did a great job for which am very grateful. I was also grateful the team fitted in an earlier date too and they were responsive by WhatsApp at all times.
The only reason why I knocked off a star is I got a phone call saying extra time needs to be added to finish the job or if not, then a prioritise cleaning in the already paid time. That was annoying given I had sent a video of what needed to be done but the team member did point out it was in the t&c extra time may be needed. But what was more annoying was when I asked for the full job to be done, the company tried to charge me for an extra 1 hour. I pointed out that one of the team members had arrived a bit late, she checked the records and realised I would only need to be charged 30 mins extra. Mistakes do happen I guess but just make sure you check too. She was polite though and as I was very happy with the end result, in the grand scheme it was a good experience still.

From start to finish the process was amazing! I booked an everyday clean as a gift for my nans birthday and the team were very understanding and made sure all my requests were noted when booking. It was quick and easy to book it in and I was advised on exactly what would be involved. Michele was the cleaner and she did the best job, the whole house was sparkling and my nan was so happy. She was so kind and lovely throughout the clean, can’t recommend her and broom and bucket enough, excited to book in again!

My sister and I bought a gift voucher for my mum from Broom and Bucket for Mother’s Day. Holly and Bex came and did the deep clean and Mum was really impressed at how professional and friendly they both were. The clean was faultless and we are delighted with the results.
