Absolutely Terrible - paid them to clean a almost brand new house and they left it so dirty so many people said they did a horrible job from workmen to prospective tenants etc. When I tried to speak to them about it they didn't reply. Don't use them as when you have problems with their cleaners they don't want to deal with it and don't respond to you as a customer. Especially if you are not going to be present to inspect it after then finish. Floors were dirty and dust was everywhere. It seems their cleaners do know how to use a mop or basic cleaning.

I needed end of tenancy cleaning.
I came to know about Broom and Bucket from Reddit. A LOT of people had recommended their team for any cleaning needs.
The enquiry and further conversation was very smooth and prompt. They gave me all the information beforehand.
The team I had were Leah and Ellie. They were absolutely amazing! They arrived on time and the whole process was hassle-free. The place was spotless! The carpet was cleaned and shampooed as well and it was as good as new! I was amazed at how the place transformed. The work was so thorough as well. They cleaned the oven, hobs, all the windows, doors and the insides of shelves and cupboards so well! The bathrooms were done very well.
I feel the price is totally worth for the impeccable work they are doing!
I don't even have to consider another cleaning service in the future.

Communication with the company was great and the cleaning service was top notch. I've had my oven for 6 years and I'm embarrassed to say I could count on one hand the amount of times I have cleaned it, so getting that cleaned was my main request and it's looking better than ever!

Abbi did a thorough cleaning job. Disruption to my own working from home was minimal and entirely within reason, ie checking in, asking for clear instructions. The price includes cleaners bringing all the tools and products required as well. So there’s no tidy up afterwards either. Definitely recommend.

Beyond disappointed with my experience with this company. I’ve used a few companies for one off cleans in the past and have always been really pleased. I thought it was time I invested in regular cleans but Unfortunately the company I wanted had no availability so I tried B&B as it was local. Booked 3 hours and at £34 an hour was expecting good things. This was almost double what I’d paid with other companies. So at 3 hours and £102 later my house looked virtually no different. I know what I can do in my own house in 3 hours. It is a hell of a lot more than was done!
The cleaning cycle that I was told they use
( deep cleaning 1-2 areas more thoroughly) was not used. When I questioned this they said the bathrooms had been deep cleaned. However the cleaner had not ticked it off on the sheet she left ,and I can honestly say I clean my bathrooms to a better standard.
Suffice to say be careful with this company. I hope mine was a one off experience but it has made me very wary. I wish I’d have questioned the price and what they planned on doing. Again £34 an hour for what I got is nothing short of outrageous really.

In response to your comments. I did email you all of the details in this review and more on the 7th October and as yet have not had a reply. If indeed as you state the cost was not £34 an hour why was I charged £102 for 3 hours? I have the invoice of what I was as charged and apart from being able to see in person the time the cleaner started and finished it was on camera and it was literally just 3 hours. So that makes it £34 an hour by anyone’s calculations!

We've tried a couple of cleaning services in Liverpool and Broom and Bucket is by far the best we've worked with. Our cleaner, Kerry, has been coming fortnightly for a couple of months now and we are absolutely delighted with the service. The owner is very responsive to any inquiries and has always handled our special requests politely and with professionalism.

Most importantly, they actually show up when they say they're going to! Our last cleaners drove us mad, never knowing when they'd actually turn up. Certainly a welcome change to have Broom and Bucket to rely on. I recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable house cleaner.

First time we have used the broom and bucket and I must say we were very impressed with the service offered. Josh was very professional and polite and did a great job. We will definitely be using their service again.
