Highly Recommend – Fast, Friendly, and Professional
I had an amazing experience with this company! They were able to fit me in for an end of tenancy clean at very short notice, and the results were above my expectations.
Danielle, who organised everything, was incredibly friendly, efficient, and quick to confirm all the details, which made the whole process much less stressful. Terri, the cleaner, was absolutely fabulous — so friendly, kind, and reassuring. She arrived right on time and finished the clean super quickly with fantastic results.

A not satisfying experience
This was an end of tenancy cleaning that was cancelled on the same day the of the scheduled service.
An alternative was found for the next day (Sunday) but only one person was sent to clean the house which was absolutely evident it wouldn’t be enough.
Therefore, after paying for a cleaning service, me and my husband had to take care of the entire upper floor while the cleaning lady dealt with the floor downstairs.
This is quite unprofessional especially when the company knew we had to deliver the keys for the house that day as new tenants would be occupying the house.
I was not happy with the cancellation but these things sometimes happen (I get that). What I am not definitely happy about (at all) was the lack of interest in evaluating the work that was supposed to be done, not sending an appropriate sized team and the total lack of interest in following up a situation created by your company.

You originally booked a 3.5-hour general cleaning service with a focus on the kitchen, not a full end of tenancy clean. Per your guidance, you requested help with specific areas before handing keys over and declined our full end of tenancy service.
For general cleans of that length, it is standard for us to send one cleaner, which was the case here. For full tenancy cleans of a property of your size we typically recommend around 9.5 hours of cleaning and send a team of 2–3 people to meet that demand efficiently.
We completely understand the importance of timing during a move, and we regret that we had to reschedule due to a team member falling ill with a stomach bug. That said, we were able to rearrange and provide service within 24 hours, which we hoped would minimise the disruption.
It seems there was a miscommunication between the service that was needed and the one that was booked. We always aim to be as clear as possible when recommending services and are sorry if this wasn’t fully understood at the time of booking.
We also take your comments about follow-up and communication seriously, and will reflect on this to improve going forward. That being said, your clean was only just completed, and as standard, you were due to be followed up with shortly.
It is disappointing that this is the first we have heard of any issues with your clean. If you'd like to speak further about your experience, we’d be happy to discuss it directly—your satisfaction is important to us.
Utterly amazing.
We had our first house clean (ever) with Broom & Bucket and are impressed. It was easy to book and re-arrange and everyone was friendly and helpful.
Our cleaner was Daisy who arrived on time and was amazing. Our house looks and smells so clean and fresh and Daisy was very considerate of our new home. She also shared tips about how to keep things fresh and showed me what products were used.
We will be booking B&B again and would recommend them. They also left some tea and biscuits for us too.

Excellent service
This is the 5th time I have used Broom & Bucket for my family in Liverpool. Abby & Kadeana came today and my sister described them as ‘unbelievably friendly deep cleaning geniuses!’ They were cleaning my old Mum’s flat and it is immaculate - loos sparkling, kitchen sparkling, all floors & carpets sparkling. I can’t recommend broom and bucket enough. From the minute I got in touch with them the communication was excellent and they explained everything perfectly nothing was too much and the customer service was excellent. Daisy and Holly done a deep clean and cleaned the carpets in my house and I can’t thank them enough they done a fantastic job the house was spotless and smelled so fresh. I was very happy with everything from start to finish. I would highly recommend broom and bucket.

Quick and efficient
I have found Laurentiu and Daria to be a very professional couple who do a very good job of cleaning my house on a weekly basis they are quick and very efficient at what they do. They also do take on board any thing that has been missed and you want done and make sure it is then included in the clean.

Five star service, great price
Really great communication before the clean, and amazing clean on the day. No issues at all and our flat was sparkling! They even went above and beyond to tidy our whole flat when we only paid for a one room clean. Would definitely recommend and use again
