Everything about Broom and Bucket is beyond expectations. From the staff that booked in my clean, talking me through what will happen step by step, speaking to them is so easy and they’re always quick to reply as well. As for the cleaning? Debbie was a woman on a mission. Not only was Debbie unstoppable with cleaning, she was kind, she was empathetic, she was so lovely at a time when I really needed support. She was so helpful and overall… I’m genuinely speechless. I really am. I actually called the company crying on the phone to thank them and let them know how thankful I was. Debbie left me a list of everything she did, she left me biscuits and she left me feeling a hell of a lot lighter. Her kindness means the world to me, her cleaning has made things easier to manage and when I say the place was left spotless… I mean it. I cannot thank this company or Debbie enough 💕💕💕

It was the first time I used Broom and Bucket and they did not disappoint. Both Amy and Nikki did a fabulous job. No complaints. They were friendly and left my kitchen spotless. Would definitely recommend them.

Lucy and Thomas were the absolute dream team for our start of tenancy deep clean. They had a tough task on their hands but made everything absolutely sparkling clean! They were both so lovely and friendly and we felt in complete safe hands from the very beginning.
The quotation and booking process with Caitlin and Gem was really easy and smooth and the communication from everyone throughout was really clear. We’d definitely ask for Thomas and Lucy again! Thank you!

Poppy from Broom and Bucket did an amazing job on a one off clean I wanted before some visitors arrived. She paid special attention to the areas I highlighted and the whole house was sparkling afterwards. The whole process of booking the clean was very easy and the communication from B&B was great. Nice team, poor service
I called broom and bucket to book a one off clean as we'd just moved into the property. That was the precise request I made to the call handler. I was quoted for 4h of clean time, plus oven clean.
Two lovely ladies came, and after the 4h, plus an additional 1h.45, only half the house was cleaned, and to a poor standard.
The oven was only half cleaned, but they did offered to return to finish.
When I questioned the service, I was told that the clean was booked a general clean, which is more light upkeep, rather than deep clean. This was at no point mentioned. Also, why would you as a business agree to book a light upkeep clean for someone who just moved into a property?!
The team were lovely, and offered a 10% refund, but the standard was just poor and would not recommend them, nor would I book them again.

Thank you for your feedback. I’d like to clarify a few points to provide a fuller and more accurate picture of the situation.
You specifically booked a general clean with an oven clean add-on, and at no point during the booking process did you request a deep clean or describe the property in a way that suggested one might be required. You also seemed satisfied with the amount of cleaning hours we estimated for you. We would have advised you toward our start of tenancy/deep clean service, which is significantly more time-intensive and priced accordingly had you been clearer in your expectations.
As a business, we don’t upsell services unnecessarily — we go by what is requested. It is always at the client’s discretion what level of service they choose, and the vast majority of our clients do opt for a general clean due to the investment involved in a full deep clean.
We’ve acknowledged that expectations weren’t aligned in this case and have made every effort to resolve things fairly — including issuing a 10% discount, offering to return at no cost to complete the oven and to provide additional cleaning, and placing a further 10% credit on your account for any future service.
We truly did our best to work with you to reach a resolution, but your review omits the many attempts we made in good faith to make things right. While we’re disappointed this experience has left you dissatisfied, we stand by the service that was booked and delivered, and the fair steps we’ve taken to address your concerns.

It was easy to book this. service. Only gave them 5 days notice. They came, got on with the job, and did a brilliant job.
I thought they had swapped the bath, it was so clean 😀

Amazing job house was sparkling!
Holly did an amazing job cleaning my house end of tenancy. It was in a right mess after the tenant left. Holly did a wonderful job leaving it absolutely sparkling.
Not only that Holly is a delight to work with. Professional, caring and lovely and she kindly sent me pics of her work. Everything ran like clockwork and broom and bucket communicated thoroughly throughout.
A perfect cleaning job leaving the house sparkling. Highly recommend, thank you Holly and B&B team.
