Wasim Milad has been an excellent property manager. He's approachable, genuinely listens to my feedback, and takes action quickly to resolve issues. He also provides timely updates, so I always know what's happening.
I had an issue that had been ongoing for around two years without being properly resolved. As soon as Wasim took on the role, he addressed it quickly and got it sorted. It's been a huge improvement, and I really appreciate his professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to getting things done.

Need to be chased to get urgent matters sorted. A leak arose in a communal area behind a locked door. After being alerted and the leak “investigated” it took two follow up emails to chase for them to acknowledge the leak was still occurring and for an engineer to attend and fix the leak. I was then asked to leave a positive review for this assistance. The assistance that took repeated chasing. Great job team.

Wasim Milad who manages our estate provided prompt response and quick action to building maintenance issue at my property. Good communications and quick action to find solution.

Wasim recently took over the estate manager role for our development. Based on my previous experience with several other managers I had little hopes this time as well but Wasim proved to be much better than his previous colleagues. He has always been responsive to my emails, calls. Wasim is quick to action any issues or requests submitted to him and so far I am really happy with his services.

Louise at Remus has been fantastic since Remus took over managing our development. She's always replied to emails, helped as much as possible where she can and given extremely useful information when querying certain things around the development.

Since moving in and dealing with a previous property management company, I thought there was no hope and we'd be better off on our own, but Remus and Louise specifically changed that opinion and I hope other residents can see the hard work she puts in.

The 5 stars is for Fatima Salih, not Burren / crabtree management itself, as i have some negatives that i’d rather not go into. Fatima to be fair has always responded to my emails in a supportive manor and has always advised well. She responds to my emails in a timely fashion and always has dealt with any issues i raised promptly.

I have all the praise for Sarah and sujata who work here as they were quick to help out and always assist in issues . Best of luck guys and grateful

I had a major issue that I needed urgent assistance. I was given Sarah's contact detail in hopes for someone to help me - and I don't even know where to start thanking Sarah for how well and quickly she helped me.

Within an hour I had a reply to my problem, and options for solutions for it. I have to say I was so relieved beyond anything with the reply I got.

Not only that - I have been dropping email after email to Sarah in the next couple of days to make sure things are getting resolved, and with no hesitation things kept progressing forward without delay.

As my issue was something that depended on my livelihood - Sarah really understood the importance of the matter and didn't even delay the solution to my problem.

I really can't thank her enough for the help, support, and her ability to problem solve quickly. Thank you very much! I really appreciate it.
