Great product for the price
Great product for the price.
Minor faults are that when I looked online it seemed to be in stock with 2-3 day delivery. When I received no delivery emails I questioned it and was told I had to wait for goods to come infrom supplier and then delivery was 2 -3 days.
Carpet fitter freaked out because roll had two labels on it saying 3 metres . I needed 3.2 metres and had ordered 3.4. He did not want to open roll. It was too late to call Burts but I insisted he open it and everything was great, bit misleading though.
Delivery driver was great.

Terrible communication
Terrible communication! Tried a number of times to contact them regarding delivery. Received no response or information regarding delivery date. Charged an extortionate £39.99 delivery for a small piece of Lino delivered by DPD. Have used this company a number of times over 10 years but sadly will not be using them again.

Hi, we are sorry to hear about your experience with us. Unfortunately we have had some technical issues with our phone lines in the last week. Our emails are always answered and dealt with however and we did not receive a message from you on this occasion otherwise we'd of helped out as best we can. Regarding the delivery charge, unfortunately the cost of delivering items such as flooring is a large delivery package compared to most everyday items that the couriers may deliver. The costs are continuously rising due to fuel price rising, we have no choice but to charge what we charge for delivery, we do not make money on delivery charges we actually lose money but keep prices as low as we can.

Not a recommended company by me.
I ordered a sample for a carpet that was going to cost £1000+.
The order was acknowledged but the sample didn’t arrive, it’s been around 8 weeks.
I’ve had a sample from another company, that carpet was ordered and is now fitted, that’s a proper service.

Hi Mark, we are sorry you feel like you had give us a 1-star review based on your experience of ordering a free sample. Some samples are out of our control because we do not stock every carpet therefore we have to send your sample request of to the manufacturer to send to you directly, sometimes it depends on their stock levels at the time, whether or not you receive the sample from them. We feel like this is an unfair review and many customers before you have ordered our samples, received them and ordered with us of the back of our sample service so we are sorry this was not the case for you this time.

I ordered a large carpet sample and…
I ordered a large carpet sample and still not received it. Called and emailed the company and have not had a response. Also paid oveer £30 for delviery and no update. A real shame
