Don't pay in your apple pay. Once you try to replace or return the items you bought. And forget or loss your reciept, They wont accept even though just bough an hour ago. They staff are not helpful and rude.

I grew up going to Canadian tire woodstock, customer service was second to none . Now they refuse to honor the life time warranty. The customer service is horrible. No one understands or can explain how anything works . I was asked to pay for something in store before they would bring it out of the warehouse area. They have chased away a 40 year customer

After spending over $200 on pool supplies, cashier said she has to charge me $1 because I was taking small carton box containing products I bought, so it was easier to carry to my car!!

I’m doing them a favor by recycling cardboard!!
It’s not for the $$…next time I carry one bag at a time or refuse the $200 purchase!
I was in a hurry, or else I would have left everything on cashier counter!!!

Went to the canadian tire in melfort sask. For a tire swap and oil change. They told me they had the filter and stuff but in the end when we got there, they didnt have everything for the oil change. On top of that, after they swapped my tires my car pulled to the right, and when I confronted them about that, they tried to gaslight me saying all they did was change the tires and everything was fine. Im now having to book into my local dealer ship to get a wheel balance and alignment done. My problem is, my car didnt have any issues before I took it in. When I told they guys it needed the alignment and balance they told me it didnt need it and that it has to be something else. Again, it didnt have any issues before and now it does. Even my local dealership told me it needed a balance and alignment. Will never go to a canadian tire for this sorta thing again. Worst service ever.

Some of The mugs on sale are terrible. I bought a mug which suppose to keep warm for hours. It doesn’t even for one hour. The lid will be stuck not opening and is a challenge to open and use . I didn’t use it just after buying it so I can not return it but is useless.

Voilà la plainte envoyée à Canadian Tire :Bonjour, le 5 juin 2025 j'ai acheté un vélo pour mon fils, à peine rentré à la maison et à sa première sortie en vélo les freins ont lâchés, votre magasin les a réparés en juillet 2025. Mon fils a utilisé son vélo 4 à 5 fois en 2025 puis il a été remisé pour l'hiver. Le 19 mai 2026 il a décidé d'utiliser son vélo, à peine sorti il revient en disant que les freins ne fonctionnent pas. Le 22 mai 2026 je me suis dirigé à votre magasin avec ma facture, j'ai demandé si la garantie d'un an est toujours valide, 2 prépos
és m'ont confirmé que le vélo sera réparé et que la garantie d'un an sur les composantes est valide au 5 juin 2026. J'ai contacté mon fils pour qu'il ramène le vélo qui est sans freins, il a pris un grand risque. Grâce à Dieu il est arrivé sain et sauve. Votre magasin m'a donné un reçu pour le vélo et ils m'ont dit qu'il sera réparé. Aujourd'hui un de vos employés m'a contacté pour me dire que je dois payer 112.5 $ + taxes pour la réparation. Je suis vraiment très insatisfait de votre service à la clientèle car si dès le début vous m'aviez dit qu'il n'est pas couvert par la garantie je n'allais pas ramener le vélo, maintenant je dois demander à mon fils d’aller chercher son vélo en prenant le risque de le conduire sans freins.

This location is very bad, no customer service no one on the floor to help you. they have buttons when you push it it turned red and it says "somebody will be there soon. and waited and waited and nobody came, they just don't work there are koi or toy buttons.
Then you try to find anyone on the floor from the workers to help you you don't see anybody.
Most of the items have no prices most of the isles have either big ladder blocking the aisle or big cart.

I don't know how is this location still open. Who is the manager or the owner. what is wrong with those people

Was harassed by security even though i was a literal paying customer and refused to take their literal cash for the product i was trying to buy and they put their hands on me aggressively and pushed me out of the store by brown security and brown management i feel so wronged and by a so called Canadian based company

I just bought a Glass Water Jug at Canadian Tire Truro, Nova Scotia and went over to The Atlantic Superstore and they had the same Exact Same Item for Half the price and it was not on sale.
Canadian Tire used to be a very Reputable and Honest company up until the late 1970s, since then it has become nothing but a company that spends their time figuring out ways to steal as much money from the consumer on every everything that they sell just so that the people at the top can make Millions in Bonuses and Billions in Corporate Profits.
No wonder these American Companies have taken Canada Over.
Back in the 60s Canadian Tire was a 5 Star Company now it is a Negative Five Star Company.
No wonder companies like Walmart have taken Canada Over.

Again Canadian Tire tried a massive ripoff. Last time when I changed my tires( just the tires) they quoted me $6300 for urgent repairs needed. I had not asked for that, but they made a big drama out of it anyway. I had ir fixed at a licensed repair shop for $800. Today I went to change my tires again and they said they can not change them unless i replace all the wheel nuts.OK, how much? $20 per wheel nut for a total of $400 +tax. Criminals. Ripoff merchants. I know people who work there and they all say the same thing: Ever since the new management took over they have been instructed to do this...find anything to upsell, make up as urgent so they can charge customers ridiculous money. They should be out of business, they are crooks....and then they refuse to even try " either you accept the $400 charge or we will not fix your car ". What? Not even try before they rob me? Has nothing to do with running an honest business anymore.

I have dealt with wonderful people at Canadian Tire automotive center and am very grateful to them, but occasionally I get an individual that is rude, condescending, and judgmental. Recently I was asked to call back with some information and when I did he hung up on me. I was essentially forced to go somewhere else.

Yesterday we visited Canadiantire Beacon Hill store and we were facing problem to find one item. We found one of the representative named “Jayda” who helped us to find the item. The way She helped us was really impressive which really made our life easy. We acknowledge her way of helping; Such employees in any organisation are the shining stars for the organisation. Thanks Jayda and thanks Canadiantire to have such employees.

Chad is awesome. He did an awesome job on my car sounds so much better and it was even cheaper than I thought it was gonna be. God is good all the time.🙌

I violently object to the new advertising that does not give the price of the items, just how much the discount is. That prevents comparative shopping and I consider it unethical and it should be illegal.

Canadian tire mainly Auto section have very poor service .Canadian tire was not like this before 15 yrs it is totally changed .
Everything return if u want return nowadays very difficult.I don’t go to buy anything in Canadian tire .

Aylmer Ontario Canadian Tire. Dorothy in Parts and Service was on a break and noticed us trying to put on new windscreen wipers. She came over to us and just affixed the wipers for us. She even took the time to show us how to do it for the next time.

Canadian tire often cheats the customers. Last year I let it repair one brake. Eventually they claimed all four brakes were required to be changed (in fact only 40% pad used, no need change). This year something related brake makes noise. Canadian tire claimed all four collipers are required change as well as brake pads and discs, wasting more 2000$. After repairing the same thing occured. Eventually it is found the noise is made by two metals, just bending them, done, no need to change the collipers and pads/discs. Canadian tire cheated customers and make money. Never trust Canadian tire. only Let them change oil and tires, nothing else. No matter Canadian tire says what, do not trust them, saying NO always.

Worst Customer service I have ever seen. Every and I mean front line employee did not want to be there. Waiting 45 minutes for some to locate something in the warehouse that was on sale . The employee could see but wasn’t able to get to it . Apparently that store make money without selling product. I will never enter that store again.
