Bought a new EPSOM printer from Canny Clever. Great service including help to get the printer connected to work with our Chromebook at home. Would recommend
Canny Clever IT wholeheartedly.

I’m not sure if the staff working are new or just not trained properly but it seems like the latter. I had heard good things from a friend and needing a new laptop, I thought i’d give these guys a go.

Website was easy to use with accurate and thorough stock availability/location so you know whether you can pick up in store or have the item delivered. In this instance it was a delivery purchase which is a shame as it’s always a pleasure to meet the extremely friendly staff (and welcome pooch) in store.

Absolutely first class service from Ken! We wanted advice on a gaming computer for our son. As we are complete novices and literally knew nothing about computers Ken took his time to walk us through the whole process (even had a mulled wine!)
Not only this but my son was also able to actually build his pc along with Ken in the shop! Which he’s not stopped talking about since!
Will definitely be advising people to go here for anything computing!

I popped into Canny Clever IT a couple of weeks ago to buy myself a laptop for my business. I told them exactly what I needed it for and a rough budget and they were brilliantly helpful. They ordered my laptop in and even fitted extra memory for me so I don't struggle with space or performance. I was stuck without a printer with a label for a parcel for my sisters birthday. A nothing job. The two lads in the Whitley shop could not have been more helpful patient and charming. They are a credit to your firm.

I’ve used Canny Clever on a couple of occasions in both their old and new store. Service was exceptional from the staff with a very quick repair time. I highly recommend this company.

I dropped my laptop off on Tuesday, explaining it seemed to be struggling for memory and was unable to run Zoom which I need for work. I'd tried system restore and other fixes. I was told to expect a call on Weds or Thurs with an update. I called late on Friday to be told it was "on the bench" and I'd get an update "tomorrow lunchtime or maybe 1-2pm". It is now Monday and I just went to get it back after deciding enough was enough. "Sorry we couldn't look at it for you" was all I was told. So not so much with it being on the bench on Friday then. 6 days wasted, struggling to work on other devices, and back at square one. Not recommended which is a shame as I love to plug local indie businesses.

My laptop went into meltdown this week, discharging rapidly despite being plugged in. Canny Clever gave me an immediate appointment, opened up the machine and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. There was no charge for the service. Top marks and many thanks to Joseph and the team at Canny Clever 🙏👏

I came across this local firm after I'd had my fingers burned from a large online retailer. I was quite specific with my requirements and although slightly more expensive than the pre boxed online deals I was happy with the final price after discussing options with manager Ken. Lead time was longer than quoted but this was down to a supplier glitch and Ken kept me updated every step, I even had my base unit upgraded with no charge to my order. There was a small software issue and the guys had it sorted immediately for me. A few weeks in and I'm delighted with my new gaming PC and I have every confidence if I need support it's there. Well done guys you've won a customer for life!
