Straight forward and easy purchase of a refurbished laptop.
Everything went well. Especially as this was a refurbished laptop, although I had to pay in advance I could get my money back if I wasn’t happy with it. Plus it still had 19 months manufacturers warranty as well as a years warranty through Canny Clever.
They were very helpful and nothing was a bother no matter how many questions I asked.
