Not want I ordered!!!
Too early to tell if the new (pink packaging) bars are any good, I ordered six of the old type, but received the new type without any explanation, so disappointed.
They say it's the same product, but the new bars have "butter" in them!
Well how about being professional and doing the decent thing and explain this in an email or a note in the package!

There’s no need to worry - it’s actually the exact same product. The listing with the set of two Charcoal Cleansing Bars shows the old packaging.
The Anti-Breakout Bar was formally called Charcoal and Tea Tree Bar but they’re the same ingredients just with new name and packaging design.
If you’ve used the one in the white packaging before, then you’ll be perfectly fine with the new one as there wasn’t any change to the ingredients both the old ingredients and the current have ‘Shea Butter’
I’m sorry for any confusion and hope this helps clarify things for you.

Misleading Delivery Information
I ordered expecting delivery within a week as described on the website. It's now almost been two and it's yet to be out for delivery. The website also states delivery by Royal Mail, however I've had an email from Evri who are expecting my order. I would not have used the website if I knew I'd be looking at a two week delivery schedule with terrible Evri.

Good for all skin types to quickly ease breakouts
Quick delivery and the products are great. Have been using them for about a week or so and they seem to help clear breakouts really quickly. Also bought my teenage son the bar and it has helped his skin as well as being very gentle on his young skin. Highly recommend for any age experiencing a breakout.

I bought the Salicylic acid 2% toner
I bought the Salicylic acid 2% toner. After 2 hours I broke out in a severe rash. Day 3 my skin is on fire, itchy, covered in bumps and white pustules. I have had to take antihistamine which has done nothing and I am in so much pain and discomfort it’s unreal. How can a supermarket/ drug store product cause such a bad reaction!!?? I’m in so much pain and don’t know when this going to get better as it’s progressively getting worse hour by hour!
