Arrived on time from Derby and did a brilliant job servicing my boiler and getting it working Rob was very respectful and friendly. Thankyou

I was seriously worried about the qualification of the person who came out, he didn't seem to be able to diagnose the problem. Repair started 28 September but not completed till 14 October. When he got here on the 14 he kept having to get on his phone to someone else for instructions. At the end he stated that our boiler was put in on 2017 we lived here by then and I can assure you that no way was this a new boiler, not even when we moved in.

The gas fitters are friendly, hard working and know what they are doing. Never had a problem with who ever care club send.

Yet again an amazing service from Care Club, I’d be lost without them. As a care club member I can submit my request for a callback and a visit online (which can actually be very helpful and a preferred communication type for many autistic people like me). The care club team got in touch with me quickly and booked in an appointment with a plumber. On the day of the repair the plumber arrived on time and had fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. I was so, so relieved! The plumber who resolved the issue was excellent, he had been out once before to replace kitchen taps so I recognised him immediately. 10/10 to the plumber as he’s so efficient, explains everything, and is just generally a lovely person to deal with, along with doing a great job. I’m just so happy that I signed up to the service. Anytime I’ve needed a professional sent out an appointment is made, the issues are resolved in good time and appropriately, and I’m grateful to have this service available to me. Thank you for being so awesome:)

The engineer was punctual, helpful and friendly. He also had the experience to do the job. He had to leave the job to obtain a part, which I was pleased about as I wanted the job doing today, so he went and got the part, came back and fitted it. I couldn’t have had better service, he was excellent.

The engineer was very polite and respectful, he was also very informative regarding the boiler pressure telling me not to worry regarding the gauge 're pressure. I was impressed and most grateful.

Engineer was friendly, he explained exactly what he was doing, he made some adjustments to the boiler. He arrived within the time slot allocated and left the area clean and tidy.

We were given a few days notice of the change in time the plumber would attend. This enabled us to plan our day around it.

He explained the cause of the problem we were having with our toilet cistern and he was able fit a new part quickly.

Finally we are thinking the toilet leak and the kitchen tap have finally been sorted ,it just took a long time.but this morning i think the new tap is dripping.

The engineer was friendly and checked everything out. Called and arrived on time.

Plumber was friendly and did a good job quickly. There was a delay in getting a replacement part otherwise it would have been 5 stars
