The engineer was really friendly and efficient. He got on with the job, checked everything thoroughly and confirmed that everything was in order.

We have had a two leaking en suite sinks for months. OurCareClub plumber has recently ordered and fitted lovely new taps , pipes and drains. The problem is now fixed. We had to pay for the new taps etc but the work was all carried out free by CareClub. Thank you.

2nd time ive had to call out a plumber and 2nd time the first plumber who came claims couldn't fix issue.
On this occasion plumber states cant touch pipes as attached to saniflow (leaky tap to be replaced) explained the saniflow doesnt need touched and last time the tap was changed and when a new sink was installed no saniflow expert was required. Plumber refused and left. Next plumber came and as I had stated would be the case replaced leaky tap without removing any pipes or touching saniflow. Very happy with 2nd plumber. Overall experience very poor on both occasions wouldn't recommend the monthly subscription. I will be cancelling as soon as contract expires.

Issue resolved no fuss! Booked in for evening, Dennis arrived as agreed, got straight to it and fixed my leaky toilet in minutes! Happy as always, office staff so friendly and personable!

Thr companu couldnt fix our boiler lefy is with no hot water for 5 days even thou i i had vunrable people in the house had to go and get a new boiler they are only open til 7pm never trust this company again

This was the first time that I needed to call on Care Club under the subscription scheme, and every stage was carried out as I would have hoped. Booking a plumber was easy and everyone with whom I dealt was helpful. Plumber identified and corrected the fault with skill and courtesy. Very pleased. Now look forward to the same service for the annual central heating check.
