I had the privilege to look at other ECM systems on the market and came to realise that Carelinelive is less complicated to use, Great support team and regular updates and your grow with the system. If you are thinking about looking elsewhere due to budget constraints then please do so. otherwise, why do you need to start all over again, think of the time and money you have invested in the system. We are not moving for the shake of having a new system.

We've worked with CLL for over 2 years now and they've always been helpful but today I have to give a shout out to Donovan. He really went above and beyond to assist me in trying to resolve a problem/issue, talked me through everything with screenshots what to do to rectify 1 area but he's even put in a training session for a staff member 1:1 via Teams this week.

Careline live is great . The whole digital programme is user friendly . Before you sign with them the staff explain what is involved . It is full of so much information about the whole business and what information to capture. We are in Dom care and it will be difficult to operate efficiently without Careline live .

Required support from Jay regarding fixed rates for the Christmas payroll, we are not a domiciliary care company so the set up is very different using fixed rates during the night shifts. It took us a week to get this straight, but having support understand how your system and rota's work is imperative in providing the right support from the start.

Colleen was extremely helpful in my query, was very patient as I was having issues with mobile access and we even pulled in Deana and a gentleman (sorry didn’t know his name ) involved to help with the issue, suitably impressed, a team effort, I did not feel rushed and was on the phone a while, thank you it’s going to help me immensely when I am out in the community and multi tasking managing the service- made my day !
