No phone number, they don’t respond to emails when you are enquiring as to when they are sending your order out.
It’s been one whole month, we ordered $160 of birthday gifts and received nothing!!!
I had emailed them before placing my order and they said that it was due to arrive that week and that they would send out straight away.
Fraudulent and don’t waste your time.
We will be contacting our bank.

I ordered a very expensive bottle of tequila as a gift and delivery was supposed to be 4-5 Days, it has been over 10 days and my order is still showing as not even packed... I have emailed the company three times, I have created a ticket online through their website and still no response..... so now I am out of pocket nearly $200.00, I have no gift, and I don't even know if What I purchased will ever arrive.... after reading the many reviews it would seem that their delivery times are quite bad. Further more the fact that they haven't even responded to any of my communications regarding the order is what I find the most disappointing.

Well my first experience of cheapest liquor I signed up they sent me an email thinking me for becoming a member and because I lived in Sydney I got all these bonuses showed to me a picture of their van they're gonna deliver my alcohol in next day delivery 3 days later they're giving me a 20% discount because I still don't have my alcohol and I'm not seeing it until next week odd now next day delivery turned into 7 day don't by alcohol from these guys their next day delivery is b******* for Sydney their liars

They had great prices, a great range and shipped my purchase as a member with priority. Impressed!

After a small delivery issue, the order came complete. I had great communication regarding suppliers issue in the supply chain. Communications were informative and friendly. Complementary bottle of champagne was appreciated for any inconvenience I incurred. What more can you do. Prices were cheaper than anywhere else I found.

CL had the wine we were after at a very good price. $10 is fair for postage and it arrived in a couple of days. Perfect

I bought 2 items 9 days ago, the delivery apparently takes from 1 to 2 days. I have messaged them a few times and haven’t received any response! How can I chase them??

Do not order!!! Your order won't arrive. No phone number, no response to emails or their support message option. They have stolen my money. Ive reported this company as fraudulent

As many other reviewers have stated, this website simply does not deliver anything they have to offer. I made an order, waited two weeks and never received any communication from them. I've asked for a refund, but have still heard nothing from them. Don't spend money here.

Very competitive pricing and quick delivery!

I’ve just placed my 7th order with Cheapest Liquor so thought I’d share my experiences so far.
My first order had a few minor issues with delivery times however since then and with every other order it has been smooth sailing with excellent service. I have had exceptional customer service from Kim in customer support who has facilitated order changes and even batched multiple orders together for me to provide savings on delivery costs. I find their pricing to be competitive in most cases with an impressive and varied selection available. One of the only improvements for this company model would be to provide a telephone service for customer service issues (if at all experienced), as the email process can be time consuming.
With that said, I have loved my dealings with these guys and would definitely recommend using Cheapest Liquor for your purchases.

An awful experience. Promised 1-2 days delivery, I chased for weeks. After no response I wrote a bad review and only then did they finally contact and offer to refund. Two months later and I am still waiting for my $270.
Do not give these people your time or money.

Outright scammers. They take your money with no intention of delivering and then lie about refunds. Refunds only happen if you relentlessly chase them and demand transfer receipts—if at all. Avoid at all costs.

Wonderful service. I ordered a late minute Xmas gift and it was delivered the next day on Xmas Eve. Staff were lovely and so helpful.

Friendly , very professional and was right on top of everything. Nothing was too much trouble. I had a question. If she never knew the answer she got back to me within 10 to 15 minutes. Email communication absolutely brilliant delivery on time professional followed every step of my instructions could not recommend this company enough. I would definitely be using them again.
And even this being the most busiest time of year nothing was too much for them 10 out of 10

AVOID THIS RETAILER AT ALL COSTS
Absolutely disgusting operator with a proven track record to take your money with zero intention of delivering (read other reviews) Clearly fake advertising on what’s available and grossly misleading delivery times (if they even do that at all). Should be shut down.
