I love Christy's Hats

I love Christy's Hats! I've never been to a brick and mortar store, but Christy's on-line store offers an excellent selection of hats in a wide variety of colors, styles, and sizes. I am an international customer but Christy's still made the payment and shipping processes fast and painless. Christy's has my loyalty.

The Homburg (my first purchase)

I ordered a Homburg from them (my first purchase from Christy, prior to that I used another reputable hatter!) despite a slight mix up and delay in delivery the quality of the hat and fit is exceptional. I would recommend to anyone and shall be using them in the future.

I Love it!

I Love it!
It is very stylish and much less ubiquitous than those gigantic baker boy caps...
The quality is fab and I am glad that I paid slightly more for something so gorgeous.

Ordered hat on 2/1/19 with approx 7 day…

Ordered hat on 2/1/19 with approx 7 day dispatch, contacted them 19/1/19 asking them to cancel the order as it was too late for the event I needed it for, and on the 22/1/19 I had an email saying it was dispatched, which obviously wasn’t as I never received it!!! Disappointed that I was not notified of the delay, if I had known I could have tried elsewhere for a hat!

The hat is not made well and does not…

The hat is not made well and does not fit my husband's head. To return the hat to London was going to cost me over $100. I did not mail it back. I have emailed Christy's to find out how to return it within the 21 day allowed return, but have not heard from the company. Shipment of the hat was fine. Heard from the company several times. Since then, nothing on the need to return.

I would like to return the hat, be refunded and not cost me almost the value of the hat in mailing cost. I would like to hear from Christy's to how I get this return done.
