Very easy process and great customer service

I usually order from Chubby’s every month and spend quite a lot. I ordered a box of Bucktons mealworms which were delivered by Amazon. The box had been badly handled and not packed into another box so the fat balls are damaged beyond use. Not all of them but a substantial amount. I am told to expect 15% damaged balls. I do not expect any damage. I expect 160 balls as I ordered. I have not been given a refund but I am having to return the item. Disappointed at the service. I will just go to Home Bargains in the future. So chubby’s just lost a reasonably good customer for the sake of £30.
Update: I returned a full box of suet balls via the seller’s pre paid label. I got refunded £8.98 the seller stating that I only returned a few of the suet balls not 160. I returned 160 plus a packet of 8 . Total rip off .So I have paid £22 for absolutely nothing. I am done with this company. When i called I was told it was only my word I returned 160 and had no proof. Not a respectable company at all

The reason I am always satisfied here at Chubby mealworms is the wide selection of quality and prices to fit every customers pocket which is I would imagine important to everyone.

This is the third time I've brought from chubby's. The first lot of monkey nuts were fantastic, the second lot were extremely small (which my squirrels still took) but the last lot are rotten shriveled up and moldy, they are spongy and have a nasty smell to them. I am trying to return them as my squirrels refuse to take them and am waiting for them to arrange this. The sickening thing is that they want to charge me £9.99 for the courier service which in my opinion is bang out of order, I didn't ask to be sold rancid monkey nuts. Will never use again.

Failed to work, failed to checkout, failed to take my money.
