Excellent Customer Service!
I had the pleasure of interacting with Rob from Circuit during his maintenance visit at The Cube Greenwich. Rob was friendly, knowledgeable and happy to answer all my questions about the functioning of the machines. I will continue to use Circuit and would recommend them to anyone looking for a company that cares for its customers needs.

Charged three times instead of one
I had a problem on Saturday 6th of March where I was charged three times instead of one for using a dryer and Sully was of great help and eventually refunded me. Thanks Sully !!!!!

Predatory company
Predatory company. I used the last money I had for a wash, instead of buying food this week. I am a broke student who, weekly has about £25 to live from. Clothes came out the dryer after 2 FULL cycles still wet. They absolutely stink. For a basic wash+dry cycle at my Univesity for a small load you're looking at £5.50 MINIMUM!!! Bear in mind your clothes will not come out the dryer dry. Student Accom bans the use of clothes dryers in our dorms. I'm sure circuit had their hands in that.

lovely customer service!
I accidentally transferred money into my old circuit account instead of the new circuit go account. However, the customer service team were so sweet and helpful, they immediately sorted it out for me and transferred the money over to my new account without any deductions.

The person helping me
The person helping me, Ariz, was really helpful and polite at all times despite how stressful and inconveniencing the ordeal was. It was resolved within 10 minutes which was very swift, and all thanks to him!

Todd Court circuit go.
I think that the machines are a little pricey but has a convenient location. This particular encounter had an out of order machine that was still taking orders from the POS machine.
Luckily, I had a helpful interaction with Ms. Helen from customer services to help me through Live chat.
If you don’t mind the price as much, the area is relatively good. The main thing that is odd is that there aren’t any custom options for drying.

Are these reviews even real??
There is absolutely no way the reviews on here are genuine. This company used to have an extremely low rating and now they’re on 4 stars??? All the positive reviews are from 1-review profiles, something’s not right.
Circuit machines are extremely unreliable, the app barely works, the laundry room floods very often, the machines are dirty and have black gunk all over them, clothes are often not properly washed despite following the instructions.
And the dryers…oh my god. Half the dryers don’t even do anything, clothes still come out wet after a full drying cycle, on a good day they will be damp not wet (hooray) but they refuse to give you a refund despite the fact that you paid for nothing basically. A lot of students are having to air dry their clothes in halls despite that apparently being against the accommodation contract. The uni doesn’t care and neither does Circuit.
