The website isn't easy to use
The website isn't easy to use, and if you want to opt out of the pension scheme, it is made extremely hard as the UI is unclear, the font is small. There's too many steps to opt out, it isn't made easy.
On the online chat I used, Riccardo was helpful as he helped show me what I needed to click on in order to opt out. Without him I would of never found it.

So far so good!
New to payroll and pensions and after testing a few different options, Collegia has been the most user friendly and with the better UX. Having support is an added bonus.

Amazing Customer Support
I enrolled my employees with Collegia when using their free payroll software. Having valuable support from Collegia while being new to payroll in the UK was a blessing. I mainly dealt with Riccardo who never failed to respond quickly to any issues or stupid questions I might have had along the way. Another plus would be that the web portal is very simple and easy to understand as well.

Great customer support
Great customer support.
Always very helpful and quick with dealing with enquiries.
The website is easy to navigate and managing pension is very straightforward, after the initial call where they explain everything it was very easy to set up companies and upload contributions.
Ideal for small employers or practises, who needs the job done.
We will definitely recommend Collegia to all our clients who employ their first member of staff and need to set up pension scheme.
