Assistance
I had a problem uploading the contribution. It was 8:20pm and I saw the Chat tab, not expecting anyone to be on the other end, I sent a message anyway. Low and behold, Ric got back to me and stayed with me until 9pm until the issue was resolved. He truly went above and beyond what I expected. I am very gratefully for his assistance.

I have had 3 interactions with this…
I have had 3 interactions with this company as Payroll and as an account member. They are by far the most helpful pension company I have delt with. Quick to respond, helpful to chat to especially on line. its easy to sort out a problem the portal is so easy (as an employer) and the app is great as a member. Keep up the good work.

Wonderful, Attentive Customer Service
The instant availability of their agent, Riccardo, was amazing. He also resolved my issue within a couple of minutes.
He then stayed on the chat for quite a while longer and was able to answer a couple of other queries that came up.

A very transparent pension company. With collegia, you are fully in control of your pensions. Very explanatory, detailed and transparent. I was able to see the breakdown of my pensions. The app is very friendly and easy to use. Ric is very helpful and responds promptly to the mails. I'm very very impressed

Best pension provider
I have been working with AE pensions for seven years. Collegia is the only pension provider to start with the members and work back.
I'm not surprised that they have just won an award. Keep it up guys.

I feel like I have more control over my pension now
I truly enjoyed Collegia’s customer service and felt compelled to write a positive review here. The person behind the line was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. It scares me how little I knew about my pension and how little prepared I was. After the call, I felt a sense of relief knowing that I now have better control over my future.
