Called the hotline, they pass me from one to another then the call hang up. They said to unplug the router, to reboot it, to take off the smicard. Nothing worked. A technician should come, but still waiting. Spent hours, had a lot of stress for nothing In fact, internet come back on its own...lots of people had the
same problem in my place, after a storm. How can it be that they don't kown that !

0 stars would be most appropriate. A company at the limit, if not, of common scammers. It is a real disgrace they have a license to operate. Increases of 100%++ when your contract expires, slow or more rather no response at all to clients' communications, impossible to talk to. The real deal is when they run into elder people that do not realise technology and money related issues, they simply take their sculp. I am currently in the queue for 2 weeks for a contract renewal that they demand 100%++ increase - no answer whatsoever.

het is een slechte organisatie geen respect voor de klant je doet een bestelling op hun site en dan krijg je een melding dat je een bestelling heb gedaan.
Maar je krijgt geen reactie wanneer zij mijn bestelling gaan aansluiten.
Dan heb ik gebeld en gevraagd hoe staat het ermee met mijn bestelling dan hangen ze de hoorn op, en 2x is dit gebeurt.
niets via internet doen want het duurt heel lang voordat zij komen aansluiten.
ga maar naar het kantoor en kijk of het daar beter gaat.

Website is horrible, dead slow, nothing loads properly, logs you out for no reason. When you call customer service at 13888, you are now driven automatically to the website live chat. Guess what, it does not work. This is despicable. Better shut it down or fire all the IT people. You guys are completely useless.....

Ordered from their website, paid, haven't received a thing, not even a tracking link. It's been 2 weeks.

It's a pitty that no 0-star reviews exist. they would definitely deserve it.

Godawful customer service. Needing to talk to them feels like a Groundhog day scenario. Two days speaking with over 15 different people, and still don't have a solution to my problem.
Avoid at all costs.

Please stop demanding to call people back in order to cancel their contracts. Accept to cancel upon receiving the customer's call. Empty promises, lack of action, long delays.

It does not even deserve 1 star. It's horrible. The most messed up comunication service in 2025 hands down. Besides the fact that you pay A LOT of money for ONLY unlimited data, it is NOT working!!!! You can't do nothing on this internet. It's laggin enourmously. It's horrible. The worst. Never buy Cosmote in your life for your peace of mind.

Cosmote Internet Site has a translate function but it works only partially. You always have to call support. Even though they say they'll call you back, nothing happens. It is strongly advised not to take over a contract from someone else, for example when signing a rental agreement. You should definitely not do that!!! Otherwise, if possible, avoid Cosmote if you can! I've only had bad experiences with them.

It used to be best company but now is the worst. They know it that's why they don't give you the chance to write a review on their social.Zero customer service

**(update) - The issue with the router been fixed. Someone from the customer service, named Manos, he managed to fix the speed issue with router ( at least for the mean time).
I give 5 stars for the representative-Manos. I wouldn't give the same rating for the company Cosmote....

I have spend hours on the waiting line 13888 with no response.

The internet speed at home is extremely slow , and even the Cosmote router is flaming up most of the times due to cheep quality from its parts.

Most of the times the indication on the router will show that there is a live internet connection,but I'm reality there is no internet connection.
. The way Cosmote is running reminds me a typical third world decadent corrupt company. Of course the reason they are monopoly in Greece and they can act in such a irresponsible way,is because there is no punishment towards them from any Greek government body.

Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση. Κανένας δεν ξέρει την δουλειά του. Είμαστε 3 εβδομάδες χωρίς Ίντερνετ και μας στέλνουν κάτι ψεύτο μηνύματα ότι η βλάβη διορθώθηκε και δεν έχει,εμφανιστεί ΚΑΝΕΝΑΣ για επίλυση.

Literally the worst customer service it takes more than 20 mims to get an actual person on the line. They charge 100mbs line in Santorini although we can only get 30mbs they lie on their adds and constantly have outages which leadsto massive losses for the business we also had to fix the phonebox ourselves since they wouldn’t send a worker to fix it

I don’t even have Cosmote, I’m with another provider and I have fiber optic internet. Someone from Cosmote came to our building to set up internet for another person who has Cosmote. They opened the box and damaged my connection. They didn’t even report it and just left. This can’t be normal, right?

Ποσταρω εδω την κριτική πού έκανα στο google play store για τν Cosmote και μου την έσβησαν.

η εφαρμογή για να σου παίρνουν τα λεφτά δουλεύει πολύ καλά. το ίντερνετ όμως ειναι ανύπαρκτο δεν πιάνει ούτε 1 mbs. εχω 2η sim F2G ίδιο μέρος ίδιο κινητό, F2G 75 με 150 mbs consistenly Cosmote με το ζόρι να 1mbs. η εξυπηρέτηση πελατών ειναι κωλοχανειο απορώ Πώς κ δεν σας έχουν κλείσει ακόμα... λογικά όλες οι scam κλήσεις που δέχομαι περιοδικά προέρχονται από scamers υπάλληλος τς cosmote...
