Η χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση πελατών που υπάρχει! Λόγω βλάβης που υπήρχε σχεδόν καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια μιας ημέρας, δικής τους υπαιτιότητας καθώς ήταν βλάβη στην ευρύτερη περιοχή που διαμένω και δεν είχα ούτε σταθερό ούτε internet, τους κάλεσα από το κινητό μου όντας συνδρομητής άλλου παρόχου. Ενώ λοιπόν με είχαν στην αναμονή για σχεδόν μισή ώρα μέχρι να απαντήσει κάποιος χρεώθηκα από τον πάροχο κινητής τηλεφωνίας μου 45 ευρώ για 35 λεπτά κλήση!!! Άλλοι απαράδεκτοι στη VODAFONE! Για να μην χρησιμοποιήσω βαρύτερους χαρακτηρισμούς και για τους μεν και για τους δε

If I could give zero stars, I would. Their service is completely overpriced and the products are awful. There is little alternative in Greece and they take advantage of a quasi-monopoly. The only redeeming factor is their long-suffering customer support. They try their best but the product is dreadful.

1 star cause zero is not an option! Worst customer experience ever! Takes weeks to appointment for internet issues, the engineer doesnt show up, take ages to book again appointment and then they set up the wrong thing. You can not call to ask for an appointment, they need to call you (whenever they feel like it).
8 appointments in 6 months, still no fiber optic or working connection. I use a hotspot to be able to work, at terrible speeds. Avoid Cosmote like the plague! Not a single time has a manager showed up to call, despite multiple complaints. They work with external technicians, and no one manages the process. Zero project management and continuity on how to follow a query end-to-end. The individuals responding on the hotline are nice, but no progress, just empathising with the situation and ensuring they will speed it up (with no improvement whatsoever). Can't believe how senior management is still around with such terrible reviews and customer service experience.

My credentials were over . How come I need to have money on my card to be reached on phone from another phone of the reason it was not topped up ? As a swede I am stunned . I tried to fix my ID on the app , no contact from Cosmote at all after I sent for a code. This company is a disgrace

most stupid company in the world? prices are crazy, service is awful and they overinvoice you 400 € when you travel. and because you dont pay, they cut your line. my lawyer is on the case and i hope it will cost them a lot, as it is professional line for an hotel. stupid stupid stupid cosmote

Bitte merken dass da diese Gesellschaft wird roaming Kosten verrechnen obwohl eine Nummer KEINE 4 Monaten ununterbrochen im Ausland ist.
Das heißt die bieten keine Roaming an!!
Ich habe ein Frog Prepaid und ich habe ein großes Paket für über 18€ monatlich bezahlt. Mitten im Monat und während ich im Ausland bin , mit wenig Nutzung bekomme ich die Meldung dass da das Internet wird unterbrochen ( obwohl ich es bezahlt habe!) und die Anrufe werden verrechnet!
Natürlich ich habe nach den entsprechenden Unterlagen verlangt ( alle meine Anrufe) , die Antwort war dass die können nur die Liste geben für die ankommende Anrufe und nicht für die ausgehende!! ( die übrigens nur die verrechnet werden).
Sehr bequem! So kann man verrechnen was man will!
Ich werde der Konsumentenschutz informieren da das Gesetz so etwa nicht erlaubt.
Finger weg von denen!!!

I think their customer service has improved massively and they have helped a lot over the phone, also the waiting time is now very short to get through

To be honest yes I did have some issues with them but all got resolved quickly, compared to other greek providers they are at the top ! Great service good performance of internet and mobile. Good signal and when I first got them the only ones who could offer me unlimited internet which helped with my work. Recently I had contract renewed and they credited amount of difference when price changed after my contract expired to my account. I know they are not perfect but I definitely recommend !

Κοροϊδία. Έκανα αίτηση στην COSMOTE για οπτική ίνα τον Αύγουστο 2024. Ακυρώθηκε. Ξαναέκανα, ήρθε ο μηχανικός και έκανε μελέτη κτιρίου, περίμενα.. ακυρώθηκε. Έκανα καταγγελία στην ΕΕΤΤ και μου απάντησαν να ξανακάνω αίτηση. Ξαναέκανα 14/12/2024 και περιμένω ακόμα. 7 μήνες μετά. Εχω παραλάβει 3 φορές τον εξοπλισμό και τώρα τρέχω στο κατάστημα και χάνω τον χρόνο μου και τους πιέζω να μου απαντήσουν τι συμβαίνει. Συνέχεια μου λένε ότι θα επικοινωνήσουν μαζί μου και δεν το κάνουν ποτέ.

After repeated attempts to contact them by phone (only their robots respond!) I submitted a contact form on 12.03.2025. 48 hours have passed and no one has contacted me. It is contract renewal time and from 12.59€/month they are asking me for 68.35€/month, for the exact same services. I do not recommend this company, stay away.

im waiting one hour on the phone for answer from cosmote im calling from australia to kosmote in greece still waiting useles they cut me off after 45 minutes and it cost me money im very upset network and customer service hopeles avoid this company if you can

worst telecommunications/internet company we never have internet and we have to use mobile data and we pay 30 euros per month for nothing

They are the worst. I have a 2 year contract ending in May and I definitely won't renew. I've been fighting for 2 years for them go provide the service guaranteed under my contract. Don't use them😡

To avoid at all costs! Not only that they are thieves, but the quality of their services us terribly BAD! As if it wasn't enough that they were charging extra the users who were using their packages abroad in roaming more often, they decided to put charges on top of the extra charge 😆. So if you want to use abroad in roaming the package you have already purchased, then you have to pay extra charge to use for example 8 GB. But no, this wasn't enough... so they decided to charge extra EVERYTHING, exactly as it used to be before the roaming became free in the EU. So for those who are often travelling, who are regarded in "permanent roaming " , a charge for every minute, SMS and MB shall be applied, on top of the charge they are paying for using their package in roaming. It's a fact that EU law was never respected in Greece, but this is a obvious infringement of the European law concerning the roaming in EU countries and a total disrespect for customers.

Πραγματικά το τσατμποτ της "εξυπηρέτησης" είναι παντελώς άχρηστο και δοκιμάζει τα όρια της ψυχικής υγείας. Είναι το πρώτο πράγμα που χρειάζεται αλλαγη... Άμεσα!!!!
Επίσης οι υποσχόμενες ταχύτητες του ίντερνετ στην πραγματικότητα είναι πολύ μικρότερες από τις διαφημιζόμενες. Τα συμβόλαια είναι τα ακριβότερα της αγοράς, υπόσχονται αστρονομικές ταχύτητες και το καλύτερο δίκτυο της Ελλάδας, αλλά δυστυχώς, από την εμπειρία μου, απλά πληρώνεις αερα κοπανιστο... Ίσως μόνο κάποιοι τυχεροί που έχουν γραμμή fiber να μεινουν ευχαριστημένοι...

I just received a message by saying that I have more than 4 months abroad and in the next 14 days they'll start changing me extra for roaming.
Ps. I was in Greece a few weeks ago.

Yesterday a bought a combo roaming with extra charges.
Today they told me that on top of my combo, they'll charge me extra. So my combo won't be valid.
I asked for a cancelation, wasn't an option.
I asked for my money back, wasn't an option.
I asked to reevaluate their system, no answer.
So in 14 days I will not have a phone number until further notice.

What a joke!
Better go to Vodafone.

Deutsche telekom destroyed Cosmote. Cosmote mobile prices were not cheap before DT bought it but at least we could afford it. Now, it is the worst value for money telecommunications company in Greece. Their only concern is truly how to get the most money out of our pockets. They are able to do so because thanks to our present and past governments there is no competition at all in telecommunications in Greece. Also their employees' salaries are humiliatingly low! Profiteering to the fullest.

Their customer service is quite slow when it comes to resolving issues. However, if you want to sign a new contract, the response is much faster.

Without a doubt, they offer the best network coverage in Greece compared to other telecom companies, but their services are also the most expensive.

If you need reliable and efficient service, they’re the only option, but it’s clear they take advantage of this.

This organization is a behemoth, the leader of a.local oligopoly that has a high cost structure, is very sl9w and does not realize that in this equation only ine thing matters. The paying.customer and the poor service they provide.
