I have a place in Crete but live in the UK. I pay Cosmote just over 30 euros a month for 50 mbs, however I only get 2 and that is on a good day.
Trying to cancel with them is a nightmare. I am out of contract but still after 4 weeks of calling them from the UK, they say someone has to call me, we arrange a day and time only for them not to call. When you call them,
it takes over 45 minutes to get to speak to someone and then you get completely different answers, they are shocking. They still have not cancelled my internet and keep billing me. Stay away. I will now just not pay the bill as I cannot do anymore.

1. Ανανέωση υπολοίπου
Ο καταναλωτής πρέπει να έχει επιλογή να αγοράσει το πακέτο υπηρεσιών απ’ ευθείας με πιστωτική κάρτα ή με iris. Η πρακτική σας του να μηδενίζεται το όποιο χρηματικό υπόλοιπο πιθανώς υπάρχει στο τέλος του διμήνου από την ανανέωση της καρτοκινητής, είναι πρακτική απόλυτα καταχρηστική.

2. Ασφάλεια
Επιλέγω την καρτοκινητή για λόγους προσωπικής ασφάλειας γιατί κανένας πάροχος δεν με προστατεύει από κακόβουλες κλήσεις ή από SMS, παρά το ότι έχω ενεργοποιημένη τη σχετική υπηρεσία που υποτίθεται ότι με προστατεύει από αυτά. Σίγουρα μπορείτε να δείτε στο ιστορικό μου ότι το 2022 ο λογαριασμός μου χρεώθηκε από κακόβουλα SMS, ενώ μετά από αναφορά μου στην Cosmote (Αριθμός Υπόθεσης #1113825) δεν πήρα σαφή και ξεκάθαρη απάντηση για το τι συνέβη ακριβώς, ούτε και γιατί δεν λειτούργησε η υπηρεσία που έπρεπε να με προστατέψει. Η αποζημίωση από την υποστήριξη ήταν κάποια δωρεάν ΜΒ, χωρίς καμία επιβεβαίωση όμως ότι κάτι παρόμοιο δεν πρόκειται να επαναληφθεί. Εκτός αυτού, ο αριθμός μου είναι στο μητρώο 11, αλλά ακόμη και αυτό δεν με προστατεύει από ανεπιθύμητες κλήσεις. Μπορείτε να βρείτε σχετικές αναφορές μου στην υποστήριξη, ακόμη και τον τρέχοντα μήνα, που έχω δεχτεί αρκετές κλήσεις fishing, π.χ. από τους αριθμούς +306979570086, +306977160070, κλπ.

3. Πολύ ακριβές υπηρεσίες
Οι καταναλωτές υποχρεούνται να αγοράσουν ένα πακέτο που έχει διάρκεια μόνο 30 μέρες ή λιγότερο, το οποίο περιλαμβάνει υπηρεσίες που αρκετοί από αυτούς δεν χρειάζονται, συν το ότι επειδή δεν υπάρχει χρέωση ανά δευτερόλεπτο στις κλήσεις, αλλά γίνεται χρέωση τουλάχιστον 3 λεπτών ανά κλήση, αυτές καταλήγουν να είναι εξαιρετικά ακριβές.

4. Ανεπιθύμητη διαφήμιση
Λαμβάνω μηνύματα από την Cosmote Insurance στο email μου, ενώ δεν είδα να υπάρχει επιλογή unsubscribe, παρά το ότι όταν είχα ζητήσει την ένταξή μου στο μητρώο 11, είχα επισημάνει κατηγορηματικά ότι δεν θέλω να λαμβάνω διαφημιστικά μηνύματα ή κλησεις ούτε από την Cosmote.

Πολύ δυσάρεστη εμπειρία με Cosmote. Μετά από 35 ήμερες αναμονής, τελικά έγινε σύνδεση στις 15 /10/2024. Η αίτηση εκκρεμούσε από 10/9/224. Και πολλές φορές τηλεφωνική επαφή με διάφορους (τύπους) υπαλλήλους της εταιρείας. Η Cosmote Αν επιθυμεί μπορεί να ψάξει, όλες η συνομιλίες καταγράφονται. Εγώ προσωπικά νομίζω ότι ξέρω γιατί αυτή η καθυστέρηση! Γιατί ένας υπαλληλησκος θεώρησε σωστό την τιμωρία μού. Γιατί ύψωσα την φανεί μού σε συνομιλία, όταν μου είπε ότι υπάρχει, εκκρεμότητα. Χρέους που δεν υπήρχε.?

Είχα ραντεβού 8:30-12:00 να έρθουν να συνδέσουν internet και τηλέφωνο. Φυσικά ούτε ήρθαν, ούτε ειδοποίησαν. Μόνο με έκλεισαν μέσα όλο το πρωί να τους περιμένω…

We have moved house a month now and we are still waiting for Cosmote to contact us for an appointment so that our line can be transferred. Thus we do not have a landline and internet for all this time and do not have any update as to when. I have contacted them several times and every time they are telling us that we are in priority....!

I have to be honest, as a Cosmote customer I was very happy with my home DSL connection that was great for ~3 years, till something got damaged, and they never fixed it. The issues started in late April 2024 as few unexpected disconnections. It got worse over time, so I contacted them, and they sent me an SMS a while later that the issue was fixed. After less than a week, the disconnections started again and got even worse than before, to the extent that the DSL is no longer usable.
I contacted them multiple times, and filed about 4 tickets. In the previous 3 tickets, they sent me an SMS that the issue is solved, but all were lies. They were closing tickets as resolved without even fixing anything. Their technicians called me and said that they found the damage "it was outside my house", but nothing at all was fixed.
In my final ticket, I begged them for a solution, and they kept promising a deadline for the fix, then ignoring it.
After about 3 months in total without internet, I finally terminated my contract and paid the termination fees. The fact that their service sucks didn't stop them from shamelessly shaking me down with their termination fees.That's literally daytime robbery!
Stay away from them. They will only serve you lies and lies and more lies. They'll never care. Please do yourself a favor and find a different provider.

Ich arbeite online. Seit einigen Wochen (!!!) läuft das Internet quasi überhaupt nicht. Seit letzter Woche bekomme ich kein Gehalt mehr und werde wohl demnächst gekündigt werden.
Nach unzähligen Telefonaten und Tagen in der endlosen Warteschleife und nach der 3. flehendlichen email über mein Schicksal bekam ich eine (!) SMS mit dem Tipp, das ich mal den Stecker des Routers ziehen sollte und das Telefonate auch ohne Wlan möglich wären (telefonieren geht allerdings auch nicht und meine Arbeit läuft logischerweise über eine Internetverbindung).

Dafür zahle ich monatlich 105,-€ für drei Verträge?! Ich werde mir jetzt Starlink besorgen (auch wenn EM ein gefährlicher Spinner ist) und werde Cosmote auf Schadensersatz verklagen.

Leider haben die hier in GR fast ein Monopol.

Habe in meinem ganzen Leben noch nie einen solch ignoranten, verantwortungslosen und untätigen Haufen gesehen, wie diese Firma!

Die haben 0 Punkte verdient, nicht einen!

Πουλάνε και καλά κινητά με 5G και οι ταχύτητες που πιάνουν είναι χαμηλότερες από το 4G μια πενταετία πριν. Επίσης η sunrise στην Ελβετία μου βγάζει 900-1000 στο 5G και στην Ελλάδα με περιαγωγή στην COSMOTE 5Mbps με το ζόρι, με το που το γυρνάω σε COSMOTE πιάνει 40. Δουλευόμαστε κανονικά μου φαίνεται. Επίσης ανοίγεις την εφαρμογή τους και διαβάζεις πιο πολλές διαφημίσεις από τον αγγελιοφόρο. Δεν έχουν δωρεάν εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, οι προϊστορικοί!

For 8 days now i have not had internet in my summer Home. U get the most incompetent answers that they are trying to fix it with 2 deadlines surpassed for it. Next year I will be buying star link for the house instead of this piece of 💩 called cosmote

Biggest clowns and scammers in the whole planet. You pay 30 euro plus and you have 8-12 Mbps which is not even 50% of what i am paying for, next to Thessaloniki. Overpaid internet, bad quality, disconnections. historically this company only knows how to steal your money, the 200+ 1 star reviews prove that. Peraia area once every day disconnections, you have "optic fiber" and pay 50 euro for what? to have 30 MBPS. MEGA JOKE

I asked my father to buy a SIM card for. I wanted 10 GB for 10 euros for one month. The seller gave him a What's Up SIM card with unlimited GB for 7 days and it also costs 10 euros !!! 10 euros for 7 days ?!?! NO ! This is stealing. I sent my father the picture of what I wanted and the girl didn't give him what I asked for. I GOT SCAMMED. I needed someone to fix it asap and the support service was totally USELESS. I don't agree to be stolen. I saw a deal on their website, 10 GB for a month for 10 euros. That's what I asked for. I don't agree to have spent 10 euros for 7 days. I don't need unlimited GB. I don't even need 10 actually. She saw my father wad old so she thought dhe could scam him. She dared to tell him 10 Gb was nothing. How is nothing ? I barely use 5 GB per month. There is the WiFi EVERYTHING. If I asked for something, you sell me what I want !
This is completely UNACCEPTABLE.
I am still waiting for someone to fix it and no one wants to help.
