Superb interaction from the start with Emile, who did everything he could to meet my needs. Emile was very good in explaining the various technical aspects of the vehicle and was very patient.

I was promised a refund of £500 on 24th April to be back in my account the next day, after 5 visits to dealership I finally got £450 refund on 29th July, with no explanation for the deduction. Eventually found out it was for petrol which I had been added to my account without my knowledge. Very difficult to get help, phone calls not always returned, no apologies. I have bought several cars from Honda Southport, and had them serviced there, dissapointed with unexpected poor service.

The Customer Experience Specialist Josh was our main point of contact and was polite, enthusiastic,and knowledgeable. He guided me through the purchase process. Without his assistance it would have been so much more difficult to buy a great car. I am delighted with the outcome.

We came to look at a vehicle we saw and was walking around outside, we were approached by the manager Andrew which we didn't know straight off he was outside doing something and saw us, he was so polite and not pushy and many sales men can be by past experiences. He said come in and look at the one in the show room if you would like or we can get a key and sit in the one In carpark if we wanted. We came in and was looking and he said Nathan would be over if we needed any help. What a nice man he was. He was very approachable and friendly. We have had such nice people in there when we have gone in and also the lady's on the booking area , which Nathan helped me do as I wanted some sill protector putting on. We just feel this has been such a nice easy experience . Nathan is soo helpful getting us set up signing documents it was no trouble to him and I know you all probably thinking , well he's selling you a vehicle but I am more than impressed it extended further than that , we spoke about other things and not just cars , he genuinely has a good heart and will help you in any way possible ,a credit to have has staff , which i know having a business and the difference in people you meet or employ .There was one other chap was also helpfull not sure his name but was a honda salesman too I wanted to say he also was nice and approachable and helped us if Nathan needed him. There is nothing more I can add to this as i have no negatives to add, except what a great experience and have told others which I only do if I feel they worthy of a mention. No matter your age Nathan has a good repore with people of any age and will help were he can . The manager of this garage Andrew is a very approachable and helpfull man too. This blackpool cox motor group is would very highly recommend.

Absolutely outstanding experience with Craig at Lancaster Volkswagen. From the very first conversation, Craig was friendly, approachable and genuinely down to earth.

He’s incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but without any of the usual pushy salesman attitude.

With a history of buying cars from Kendal Honda, I was not expecting to do so again soon after the last purchase as I was satisfied with the hybrid Honda H-RV car. A persuasive Cox Motor Group financial offering concerning PCP interest rates made me reconsider. The result, after road testing a sporty Honda Z-RV, was a new H-RV. The 'Sport' mode of the H-RV works well enough when extra zip is required, and fuel consumption is excellent. The transaction was well handled by Elliott Cook. There is a process concerning administrative and financial elements that requires various computer interactions and signings, for which Elliott provided good support. Plain language versions of lengthy legal documents and a written outline of the steps involved would have made the process less demanding than was the case.

Sam was very professional, great customer care giving us plenty of updates and even coming in on his days off to work round our schedule. Very happy with the car and exceptional service from Sam. Would highly recommend

Charlie Arkwright, the member of staff who dealt with us when buying our new car was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about the car and its features. He gave clear explanations of the process of signing up for the finance deal. He took us on a test drive allowing me to drive the model we would be buying and explained in clear and simple language all the features on the vehicle. He negotiated a great deal on my part exchange on my behalf and I felt I had been treated with respect and have come away with a great deal.

I must say that from the first initial phone call to driving away in the Tiggo 8 we were treated with respect and politeness anyone would appreciate. We first enquired about this particular car in another Chery dealership not too far away and we were ignored and made to feel unwelcome. But here in Southport we were treated wonderfully by all the staff in all departments we went to. Many thanks also to the ELap engineer in fitting a hoist for my wheelchair. Many thanks to Tom, who helped us immensely with all the paperwork and steered us in the right direction. Tom came in on his day off to make sure the car was delivered as agreed. Also thanks to Barry the manager as he came over to welcome us into the Chery family. The atmosphere in the showroom is relaxed and cheerful, it puts you at ease. I found the whole experience seem less I hope the extras create a way of keeping my car on the road for longer. I found the purchase and receiving finance easy and the fact they can keep the car till I can pick it up helpful.Ben Lambert the sales person was non judgemental and helpful

We’ve purchased our third VW from here. The buying process can be stressful but with Ben Lambert it was all very clear, straightforward and lots of fun, as buying nice things should be. Picking up new (to us) cars is also made good fun by Suzanne Bland, setting up our phones and we can drive off with confidence. The people here are all very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The service team and the engineers have always been super helpful which is very important to us. It’ll be a few years before we’d consider changing our car again, and it’s a no brainer that we’d come back here first.

We recently bought a 2nd hand ID3 from Lancaster VW, great service and contact through the whole process. Many thanks to Jakub on the sales front and Suzanne at hand over, they were excellent. All the staff we encountered were really helpful and gave us confidence we'd made the right choice.
