Good customer / salesman interaction. Made to feel very welcome, invited me to have a coffee whilst waiting. Took time to show the range of vehicles available to me, explained the colours available and possible shipping times. Happy to let me have a test drive. Explained the controls such as seat adjustment, dual dashboard screens, heating system including preheat prior to driving the vehicle. I actually had 2 visits to the dealership dealing with George and Liam both who remained professional whilst being very approachable. I am happy I’ve made the correct decision about my next vehicle and look forward to taking delivery in November.

Excellent service from Andras normally when looking to buy a car you get the hard sell but none of this with Andras he is friendly and is passionate about his work. We chatted about what car we were looking for and he was very informative about the Chery Range we decided on a Tiggo 8. We arranged a test drive a few days later which went well. The whole process of purchasing a new car has been easy and stress free he even organised for our private plate to be changed to the age related plates nothing is too much trouble.

Went on Saturday 22nd August had a appointment with Andras to view a Chery Tiggo 7 but as we were waiting for him to finish a previous appointment we were offered coffee by the lady salesperson who told us the Tiggo 8 was on offer and only £500 dearer than a Tiggo 7 after talking with Andras we decided taking the Tiggo 8 for attest drive and liked it very much on coming back Andras worked out the figures in a straight forward forward format with no hidden surprises we didn’t need felt very comfortable throughout the experience and came away with a better spec car than we thought thanks Andras

I was very impressed with Andras at Kendal Chery, he was very friendly and helpful and had good knowledgeable regarding the specification of our car. Very good experience and would happily recommend.

Great experience purchasing my Honda with Jay! they did say they would put some fuel in my car prior which I didn’t receive but apart from that I cannot really complain we got a really great deal. I work at a dealership and got a health check on it straight after and they said everything was perfect.

Sales Manager discussed my requirements for a car in sufficient detail and found the best option for me. He was very polite and professional in his approach. I feel that I had best deal possible.

Went to buy a pint of milk at Morrison's and thought we would just pop into Honda, opposite the store, to browse. Proved expensive as we came out with a new HR-v. Thanks to Csilla and Elliot the deal was too good to refuse. Arranged test drive on the spot, happily negotiated a fair price and all without any hard sell or obligation. Maybe we were willing victims but a great car and follow up with Caleb to explain systems was arranged. Top marks.

George was really helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us, This was our first full electric car and first pcp deal... he explained everything and answered all our queries without rushing us, made us feel very comfortable and not pressured into signing any deal until we were happy

We only came to look at a vehicle in the outdoor area to see what we thought of the Inside of it and what benefits of a hybrid are . Honda have not always been the best for style but are known mechanically to excell , and I know a few people who would agree with me . We had been thinking about changing for a long time and happen to see one go down the motorway and liked it. The design i liked and modern looking .The manager who we didn't know he was until further into the conversation was so nice and very knowledgeable and approachable, helped us out by answering our queries. I have been to places and not felt relaxed around them. He then asked did we want to come in or test drive no pressure must i say was put on us at all, not pushy but polite and friendly. We are not daft as we both know they are there to sell and that is there job, he certainly didn't make us feel like that. The next stage was speaking with Nathan what another lovely guy he was. He took us on a test drive showed us everything and knew that I liked the car in particular. He was again very polite , approachable and helpfull. Once you decide if you want new or used he goes and sorts with his manager and comes back with a good deal for you. I didn't feel rushed and was quite relaxed in his presence. There was one young man who also came over he was also nice. Wish I could remember his name he was sat to the right of Nathan and helped us with some questions. My overall thought was what a nice team of people we spoke to and if you go in on your own you are always asked if you need any help or a drink whilst waiting. Some garages from past experiences just leave you stood there and have to wait to see who has to give in first even if doing nothing. There was a bump along the way due to my phone not doing some document I needed to sign but after a few days I was told to go in and would help me with it. The manager and Nathan got it all sorted very quickly. Which is great to know if you are having a problem they go out of there way to help. Im sure once I receive my vehicle it should be happy all the way. Can I just say that company is very lucky to have such a great manager and great staff, Nathan is funny but is professional at the same time when he needs to be. I am sure all the staff there will be the same im sure. They just happen to be the 3 we spoke to. Nothing is too much and they are not pushy which we liked. As in all things in life we have to keep our 3 Rd eye on the ball , and keep our witts about us but you will be ok on this occasion. I hope the top bosses recognise what a good team they have . I havent got to technical about this reveiw because to me its about how I feel in that moment as I hope to do in my business . And would feel 11 out 10 to recommend them if there was a 11. They are happy to answer any queries about anything . We dont normally review a lot because many choose to with negative reviews but I felt I needed to this time , with a good reveiw. .

I have bought and leased cars from Blackpool Honda for many years. This year for the first time my 4 year lease was up and I had to reluctantly change it. I feel that I was given a fair new deal from busy staff who are always bright and chatty and ply you with coffee! This time I was looked after by Nick who treated me with patience and kindness and I did'nt feel pushed into doing a deal that I was'nt entirely happy with.
Over the years the staff at Blackpool Honda have always been ready to help quickly with even the smallest of problems.
