Seit geraumer Zeit nutze ich Kameras von citronics und habe mit den Produkten gute und weniger gute Erfahrungen, jedoch und das ist aus meiner Sicht bemerkenswert unterstützt das Supporteam zeitnah und wirkungsvoll. Und wenn eine Kamera dennoch Schwierigkeiten macht, wird sie getauscht, ohne wen und aber. Außerdem ist die Installation, wenn die Kamera in Ornung ist einfach. Auch bei den individuellen Kameraeinstellungen ist citronics behilflich. Zuvor hatte ich sehr hochpreisige Kameras eine us-amerikanischen Unternehmen im Einsatz. Support nur über den Verkäufer und was die Handhabung anging, sehr, sehr kompliziert. Die Kameras von citronics sind definitiv ihr Geld wert und den Support möchte ich nicht missen.

Funktioniert nicht und die online hilfe ist was für ein ....... .
Seit 8 Monaten habe ich die Kameras schon in der Garage jetzt kommen sie in den Müll.

Dopo12 non funziona più. Non esiste un manuale con delle istruzioni sulle problematiche, se il dispositivo va “offline “ non puoi fare più nulla. Pessima esperienza 80 euro buttati non acquistare!!!

Worst camera. Worst customer service. Dishonest marketing. I bought from UK Ctronics expecting it to be IN THE UK with support from someone in the UK.
Guess what? It's a CHINESE company with support in CHINA from a bunch of loons you can only contact by email, with replies AT THEIR CONVENIENCE.
Emails start with kissy emojis or sad face emojis. Most unprofessional.
They have (eventually) acknowledged my CCTV outdoor dual band WiFi camera is FAULTY in an email but refuse to give me a refund.
I bought it via PayPal payment and have escalated it to a claim. Ctronics' response? I have not been in touch for technical help even though they offered help. I'm sick of risking them and jumping through the tech teams check hoops. After a whole string of emails, they've agreed by email that the camera is indeed FAULTY.
They have told PayPal I need to pay postage cost BACK TO CHINA to even be considered for a refund.
Thieves, liars, charlatans for the worst purchase I've made in years.
Loses connection, lags, either no or random notifications when nothing's moving. Only sends notifications when the phone is unlocked even though all settings say it has priority to send push notifications at all times, even when the phone is locked. Won't recognise SD card. Constant noise when either on mike or speaker.
Buy from this company at your peril.
I'm beyond angry with Ctronics. They have stolen my money and continue to screw me all for a £99.99
20th May purchase of a dud camera. It's July tomorrow and I don't have a functioning camera.
I'm seriously questioning the positive reviews they post on their website.
£99.99 from the supposed UK store but about 30 quid on eBay and Amazon. How can a multi billion pound corp exist?

I have been through hell trying to get customer service help. My Camera will not pair. C-tronis has not been reputable. 3 months of circle jerk. No satisfaction.

Ne vous y fiez pas! Leur garantie à vie n’est qu’un argument de vente. Je suis tout comme vous tombé dans le panneau…. Il faut reconnaitre que se sont de bonnes caméras (du moins au début). Après commencent les problèmes avec et surtout un SAV loin d’être au top et une absence totale de garantie ou solution! Les commentaires faits par les clients dont moi même au début, portent sur des produits de quelques mois et en principe sans problème ni intervention SAV.
Après ça se complique. De part ma récente expérience avec leur SAV il ne faut pas compter vous faire remplacer ou prendre en garantie vos cameras défaillantes. Depuis 2021 j’en avais acheté 8 sur une grande enseigne en ligne. Au bout de 2 ans, 3 d’entres présentent des dysfonctionnements ( 2x CTIPC-530C-5MP et une CTIPC-380C). Le SAV ne donne plus aucun signe de vie et plus aucune réponse à mes derniers mails. De nombreuses heures pourtant au début à suivre leurs procédures sans aucun résultat.
Bref, je vais donc progressivement m’orienter vers d’autres marques reconnues, certes plus chères, mais qui j'espère seront beaucoup plus sérieuses.
En 2021 pour les 21 ans de CTRONICS il y avait dans chaque boites des cartes à gratter. En jeu des cameras (non utilisable depuis) ou d’autres gadgets. Et bien pour avoir son lot il fallait en plus un avis plutôt positif…..Malgré cela il m'a fallu attendre prés de deux mois sans compter les relances, pour recevoir en final une CTIPC-380C reconditionnée qui n’a jamais bien fonctionné.
En résumer aucune garantie, enseigne qui trompe ses clients et un SAV désastreux! Merci CTRONICS.

NON Consiglio telecamere Ctronics. Non affidabile. Attenzione ⚠️ una fregatura.

I got one of there CTIPC-720C security cameras. To find out it has no cloud storage. And keeps going off line . I have tryed to reinstall it to no avail. As it still has no cloud storage and keeps going off line and can't get it back on line when I try. Have contacted after sales. To only get an email at 9am in the morning asking for information. That I then supply to get another email the next morning at 9am asking for yet more information to again supply it to get a 9am email . This has gone on for days now. Gess I will be sending it back. Witchnis a sham as it looks an excellent cctv camera they need better after sales team to sort things out fast and not mess customers around

Ich kaufte vor einem Jahr eine CTRONICS Kamera 295C für die Nachtüberwachung. Jetzt nach knapp einem Jahr sind die IR-LED‘s
ausgefallen. Nach zahlreichen Versuchen mit dem Ctronics-Service hier Hilfe zu bekommen,
schlug fehl. Lapidar bekam ich die Antwortet, das die Nachverkauffrist verstrichen ist und man mir nicht helfen kann !! Dafür war die Kamera zu teuer um sie nach einem Jahr wegzuschmeißen. Ich kann jeden nur warnen sich eine Kamera von CTRONICS zu kaufen !!!!
Wenn es möglich wäre 0 Sterne zu vergeben, so hätte ich das getan. Investiert etwas mehr Geld und kauft euch Qualität und nicht so einen Mist.

Hervorragender, einmaliger Support!
Normalerweise halte ich mich bei „Bewertungen“ zurück. Hier allerdings möchte hier ich meine Erfahrungen mitteilen, da das hier m.E. besonders war:
Bereits schon im Januar kaufte ich über Amazon 2 Kameras von Ctronic, nachdem ich wochenlang Werbung, Rezessionen, Tests usw. gelesen hatte.
Mir war wichtig, dass die Kameras kein „billiges Glump“ sind, und evtl. auch einem „Angriff“ aushalten. Zudem wollte ich, dass die Bilder/Filme nicht nur auf der SD-Karte abgespeichert werden, sondern auch z.B. auf meinem FTP-Speicher des Routers.
Die Kameras 530D u. 590D wurden sehr schnell in einer hochwertigen Verpackung geliefert. Auch die Kameras selbst machen eine hochwertigen, stabilen Eindruck!

Dann verging die Zeit und ich kam nicht dazu, die Kameras anzuschließen, da ich die Stromkabel unter Dach verlegen musste….
Ein erster „Test“ mit „schneller Verbindung“ erfolgte zwar, aber die Kameras wurden nicht vollends geprüft.
Als dann der finale Anschluss im Oktober, mit leichten Schwierigkeiten beim Eintrag des richtigen WLAN-Schlüssels erfolgte, war ich frustriert:
Die 590D bewegte sich nur horizontal und leider nicht vertikal.
Die 530D funktionierte einwandfrei – trennte sich allerding in unregelmäßigen Abständen von der Verbindung und war dann offline/außer Funktion. SCHOCK!

Da über Amazon nach dieser Zeit keine Möglichkeiten mehr bestehen, wandte ich mich mit einer Email (in Deutsch und engl. Google-Übersetzung) an den Support von Ctronic. Meine Erwartungen an diesem Sonntagabend waren sehr gering und ich dachte, dass sich wenn überhaupt - vielleicht erst irgendwann in der folgenden Woche jemand melden würde. Bei weitem gefehlt!
Montagfrüh um 05.00 Uhr war bereits eine überaus freundliche, ansprechende und kompetente Antwort von Herrn Eric Xiao, Ctronic Support vorhanden!
Nach Mitteilung der UID Anschlusskennung der Kameras wurden diese vom Support „aus der Ferne“ von einem Techniker geprüft, bzw. richtig von Herrn Xiao eingestellt.
Die 530D läuft seither tipp-topp ohne Aussetzer mit hervorragenden Aufzeichnungen!
Bei der 590D lag ein Defekt vor. Der Support schickte sofort eine neue Kamera los, die bereits schon nach 5 Tagen ankam! Diese funktioniert jetzt ohne Probleme.
Die defekte Kamera muss ich nicht zurücksenden – wobei diese grundsätzlich funktioniert, kann halt nur nicht schwenken.

Die Aufzeichnungen der beiden Kameras sind topp! Genauso hatte ich es mir vorgestellt. Sie werden auf der SD-Karte und in meinem Netzwerk gespeichert. Die Dateien sind auch nicht so groß.
Dadurch, dass die Empfindlichkeit eingestellt werden kann insbesondere ein sog. „Verknüpfungsalarm“ erfolgt nur eine „Alarmierung“ /Nachricht, wenn eine Bewegung und eine „humanoides“ (menschliches) Objekt „erkannt“ wird. Das ist genial da dadurch keine/kaum Fehlalarme vorkommen!
Schwierigkeiten waren zunächst die “Einstellungen“. Da die Anleitungen der Ctronic-Anwendung auf dem Handy, bzw. der HiP2P Anwendung für den PC nicht so perfekt sind. Hier spielt wohl auch die Übersetzung eine Rolle.
Allerdings nun, durch die Hinweise von Herrn Xiao und durch das Probieren mit der Zeit ist das alles kein Problem mehr! Zudem sind durch die vielfältigen Möglichkeiten, die die Kameras in den Einstellungen usw. auch einiges möglich.
Zunächst waren die auf dem FTP-server gesicherten „.265-Dateien“ nicht lesbar. Auch durch denn von mir verwendeten VLC-Mediaplayer nicht.
Herr Xiao teilte mir jedoch hierzu mit, das ein entsprechender Player und Converter auf der Homepage von Ctronic downzuloaden ist.
Zwischenzeitlich hatte ich mir jedoch ein Codec-Update heruntergeladen, sodass mit der MS Mediaplayer die .265-Dateien ohne Konvertierung wiedergibt.

Ich kann hier die von mir gekauften Kameras mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen – wenn diese zunächst auch nicht gleich perfekt liefen. Vielleicht lag es aber auch an mir, z.B. durch das Einlegen der SD-Karte, etc.
Das Beste war aber der Support! Hier Herr Eric Xiao! Ich hoffe, dass Ctronic bewusst ist, dass sie hier einen äußerst schnellen, kompetenten Mitarbeiter haben, der die Firma positiv vorbildlich und unkompliziert vertritt! So soll es sein, so wünscht man es sich – und genauso war es!

PERFETTE ALLA PRIVA ATTIVAZIONE - CAMBIATO OPERATORE TELEFONICO (E QUINDI RUTER E WIFI), IMPOSSIBILE RIATTIVARLE, ANCHE DOPO RESET TOTALE.

A prima vista sembra aver speso bene i propri soldi per poi scoprire la più banale delle fregature.
La telecamera funziona bene,nulla da dire,modello che sfrutta la tecnologia internet a distanza via cavo limitatamente o a mezzo Sim con operatore telefonico locale.La buccia di banana sta proprio in questo aspetto,la selezione impostata dal costruttore non inserisce per motivi suoi,sicuramente come la Siae,la Wind3 e su questo aspetto,non avendo alcuna informazione in merito nel manuale d'istruzione si vanno a spendere soldi inutilmente poichè non c'è verso di poter configurare la Sim.La spesa influisce in base all'acquisto della Sim e può essere dolorosa se si fanno contratti annuali.Ovvio che in rapporto al costo della telecamera fare una spesa inutile,di un terzo, da fastidio.Come se non bastasse ciò,mi rivolgo all'assistenza che si risolve come una beffa,dopo otto giorni di domanda e risposta,mi si dice che sarebbe stato opportuno che risolvessi il problema direttamente con la Wind3,come dire,il difetto curatelo da solo......

I bought a CTronics camera on Amazon, and it was great for about 15 months. All of a sudden it died, and it was obviously too old for Amazon to help much, other than to point me to CTronics Support.
They (CTronics Support) have been fantastic. They went through a few tests with me, and agreed the camera wes "dead". The sent me a new one without requiring the faulty one to be returned, and it arrived just over a week later.
This is how customer service should be - puts the customer first. Any piece of electronics can randomly fail, but what matters is how a company handles the situation, and CTronics would definitely be rated as GOLD - Good products and superb backup.

Bought two battery operated security cameras. Easy to instal and set up exceptional video and alarms. Needed some extra information so contacted CTRONICS customer services very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend CTRONICS products very satisfied

I've bought 5 of these cameras and recommended 4 friends and family to buy these cameras too as I found them to be very good at an amazing price on amazon the quality of the camera is fantastic and the colour night view is so much better than infra red, 2 way audio is good, connectivity to broadband is quite strong too.

I bought 4 camera's from them, the CTPIC-275 5MP Bullet camera's from Amazon and they are actually nice for average use. The picture quality is good during the day, altough it has issues with direct sunlight, and average during the night, but still get's the job done. Quality/Price compared they are really good. The customer service was a bit slow but lately (2022) it has much improved and I got a rather quick response from them and the firmware that I needed to upgrade the camera's. Seriously, if you want an affordable security camera, Ctronics is your choice. I am only lacking POE on them, then they would have received an extra star.
