I’m giving 2 stars because the product…
I’m giving 2 stars because the product was cute, but I ordered this on February 10th, and paid for express 4-6 days shipping and left a tip. I received it on March 13th, over a month from when I ordered it. They should have taken the extra fees off if they couldn’t do an express order. I’ll definitely choose a different company for the next one.

Very happy with the outcome of the bobble head that was made for my hubby. The company had my husband's face perfect. It took a few tries on getting the hair color correct. They worked with me to make sure it was the color I was looking for. I ordered this for my husband's 60 birthday and everyone loved it especially my hubby. The quality of the bobble head certainly met my expectations and more pleased with it in person. He likes having a mini version of himself. I would certainly recommend this company to family and friends.

I requested a bobblehead of my grandson for Xmas 2025. The correspondence was excellent. I sent photos, they sent back a proof for me to approve. I asked for a slight change and they sent me back another proof for my approval. Shopping was done in a timely fashion and the packaging was perfect, ensuring no damage. I can't say enough good things about the final item and the company. Best part was the joy when my grandson opened his gift!!

Customization on point
It was great that I could communicate with the artist and get the customizations right! Just that it took very long (almost a month) to get to me which was unexpected as I assumed the 8-12business days is the max time it would take. Nevertheless, happy with the customization. Just that the item is extremely fragile and could use a little finishing like a polish coat so it doesn’t get spoilt. Now even if I hold it tightly it becomes misformed.

I ordered two custom bobbleheads and couldn’t be happier with the experience! Chris, my artist, was fantastic to work with. He sent proofs at every step of the process and made sure every detail was exactly right. Whether it was a small tweak to the hair or adjusting the shirt color, he was incredibly accommodating and quick to make changes. The communication was excellent, and the final bobbleheads came out amazing. The likeness and quality exceeded my expectations.
