Omg!!! The bobblehead looks exactly like my dad!!! The artist is phenomenal!!! I enjoyed the fact that I got picture proofs during the creation process and worked with me to ensure a excellent likeness!!!
The delivery was a little confusing, but the company worked with me to ensure that my dad got his bobblehead gift. I am impressed that they went that extra mile for me and my dad!!!

I had a fantastic experience. Every step of the way, the company reached out with prototypes. And when one of the faces wasn't quite right, they worked with me. The final product is perfect and it was so carefully packed. Great customer service, high quality work and clearly people who care about what they do. This company misrepresents both where they're making bobbleheads (they ship from China) as well as the product and service. We requested "engraved name plates" and got stickers that were stuck on and fell off onto the bobblewrap. This resulted in blank name plates, with their solution being for us to take a knife to cut the name plate off ourselves.

The product isn't great, and customer service is worse. Would never recommend using this company.

Company may claim to be in the U.S. but it was clear I was dealing with an overseas person when exchanging the proofs and feedback. I'd answer in the morning and wouldn't have a response until the next morning. The shipment originated in central China.

Overall, the bobble-head wasn't as accurate as the photos/examples on its website. In going back and forth with the maker, where I indicated multiple times that certain facial features were missing, it never appeared that the maker never made the requested change. I finally gave up trying to get the maker to change the head. The names and date on the base just looked like someone wrote it poorly by hand using a Sharpie.

I wasn't sure of my choice until the process started. Very attentive, fast response detailed as to what i wanted and my needs. I was really happy with the outcome and the person who received it loved it! It made my gift to my boss extra special! a plus plus it arrived on time, even when there was a mistake on the address I wrote.

I am impressed with this company. They were precise in each email that allowed me to follow the progress of my bobblehead. I was startled at the accuracy of the bobble head itself. My brother-in-law, the person I gifted it to, was excited and advised me it was the most thoughful and unique gift he had ever received and would proudly be displayed for everyone to see. Thank you to all that made this possible!

The bobble head not only looked just like my son, they also stayed on top of the shipping and made sure it arrived safely. A great experience overall!

This was one of my most favorite things I have ever bought for my husband. When I came across this site and saw a man on a riding lawn mower I had to have one made for him for Father’s Day. He would mow the yard everyday if he could! I didn’t think I would have it by Father’s Day but when I woke up on that day to an email saying it had been delivered. I was so excited and so pleased with the process and help as they were making it. They worked with me to make changes as needed. I highly recommend Custom Bobble Heads. You will love it!!

LOVE the dolls I received. They really look like the photo I sent in. The staff is very responsive and easy to work with. I received photos of the dolls as they were being made and was able to make changes before final completion. Highly recommend.

what made our experience so amazing, was Chris (assumed owner). Chris worked with me in a tight timeline, and extreme specifications. He made it as easy and prompt as humanly possible! i am an artist myself, and i can’t stress enough how efficient his work is.

there were some hiccups with DHL shipping that made me concerned about scams (2025 AI scam paranoia). however it turns out CBUS does use DHL so don’t worry if you receive those alerts. I was apprehensive when i received texts and emails from DHL but as soon as i paid the additional shipping fee from DHL i received my order within 12 hours. Chris also offered to refund the additional DHL shipping fee- please note! for me however, based on his timely responses. efficient work and attention to detail i was willing to pay the extra shipping fee. though the experience was a bit complicated Chris truly was above and beyond! do NOT HESITATE to go with CBUS!

They sent me updates and photos during the process to get my approval to proceed. Changed something if I asked for the change. I was a little concerned in the beginning that the bobblehead wouldn't look like my fiance. But, it did!!!!!!

The copy is excellent. Great job. Identical with the real photo. Then, the overall communication was constant and transparent. Sent some parts to be approved before the finalization. Also, the interest shown for receiving or not the order. Super professionals. Congratulations.

I ordered a custom bobble head for my dad’s 93rd birthday. When it came I couldn’t wait to give it to him because it was perfect! It looks just like him. His exact words to me were, “I can’t think of anything you could have gotten me that would be better than this.” He loves it. I highly recommend getting one of these. You will love it, too.
