I ordered one for a Christmas gift. I can't believe how much it looks like the person! The service is great! They send you a picture of the face to review before it is finished. These are a really fun unique gift.

I ordered an item as a gift for someone. I provided a photograph and filled out the required information. This company and the artist. Constantly each step of the design way to ask me if it was acceptable, and if there were any changes, I wanted to make. It was very professional, and I fully intend to use them again. For the value I receive for the price I paid on the personal attention, I can’t imagine another company being better than this one. Outstanding product but more importantly, outstanding customer service and very professional I or anyone who wants a unique gift to try them.

I wanted to find a good likeness of our kids for this project. CBUS did an incredible job. Our proofs were ready within days. We went with the custom full body bobble heads. The details were spot on. We communicated with Chris via email. He response quickly. The entire project, 3 different finished products and we are already looking forward to our next job with CBUS!

The team was great to work with
I placed my custom order with a photo on a Sunday with a few questions to ask and by Monday morning I had received a response with a photo asking me if I approved what they had done at that point. Everyday for the next 3 days I received an email asking if I approved what had been completed. Oops! I forgot to mention the craftsmanship was phenomenal! Amazing job eveyone

Hall of Fame Bobbleheads
The bobbleheads are important to me as we present them to our Hall of Fame inductees. This company does a very good job with the person's likeness. They also will adjust them if needed. The price is fair and they produce them in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone needing bobbleheads.

Excellent service
We paid for the expedited sculpting service and quick shipping and everything was handled on time. They sent images of the figures as they progressed so we were able to send back notes if we had any. We didn't have many notes, but the few that we had were handled exactly as we asked. Everyone involved was extremely happy with how the bobblehead turned out.
