Hated the blue 🔵 stilton cheese in a lidded dish.Its not something I would ever buy ,due to health issues.
I would like to say the box was great value but it's not if you don't use something!

Excellent service with delivery and contents

The quality of the food is great, the customer experience was not. When I ordered there was a free bottle of frizzante, this did not arrive with my order. I had arranged the delivery for a week after I placed the order and 2 days before delivery got an email saying the butter was out of stock. Surely knowing butter had been ordered it could have been set aside plus I find it hard to believe that a farm shop as big as Daylesford had no butter. Now onto packaging. I had ordered washing up liquid which leaked slightly during transit. I leaked onto the corner of a box of muesli, thankfully this is still edible. This might not have been so bad if the liquid had been placed under the food in an upright position and not lying on its side on top.

The flowers were lovely apart from the spray roses which didn’t last as long as the rest. It was a lively bunch though. Biscuits great, playing card chocolate not great, heart chocs delicious. Vase beautiful.

Receiving my Daylesford order , was a treat as always. The veggie box, included wonderful items that I have been using this week and all of my other items were well packaged and of the usual great quality!

I bought a zero waste box and was so disappointed. It was just full of mainly unsold Christmas confectionary and nothing I would want to eat on an average day. I was expecting fresh fruit, veg, or meats. Totally not worth the £40 plus delivery charge I paid.

I had a couple of minor issues with the hamper I had received and used the online form to make contact. Despite it saying that there was nobody online currently, I received a very prompt email response and efficient resolution.

Delivery did not arrive , no correspondence from courier or Daylesford until I contacted them . I have requested a replacement product and other than a brief message to say my request would be passed on I have received no further communication or confirmation . I have seen that Daylesford have requested the undelivered parcel is returned to them ( contents will be spoiled ) but again no correspondence to myself .

I wouldnt know how i enjoyed my order as i have still not recievd it. After numerous calls surely if you talked to each other you would know its not been recieved
