Absolutely awful service from this company avoid at all costs. The customer service is appalling to non existent. My flowers are still not delivered despite being told they were out for delivery yesterday even though the delivery date given was the previous day! Give this company a very very wide berth at all costs.

Ordered flowers to be delivered on the 30th. Paid for Premium delivery, nothing telling me that Royal Mail will be delivery, because if it had stated that, I would have gone elsewhere.
Also nothing stating that they don't deliver on Sunday.
So on I went and ordered and paid.
I recieved an email stating delivery would be 30th, as I had requested.

NO DELIVERY ON THE 30TH, as of TODAY, 1 SEPTEMBER, IM STILL WAITING FOR THE FLOWERS. Royal Mail tracking, now says they are at a hub, so THEYVWONT BE DELIVERED TODAY EITHER!!!.
PLEASE, LLEASE, PLEASE, AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE, DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

Be careful with this company! My first order was great and I ordered for another occasion on Friday. But delivery is not guaranteed on the day you ask! Despite requests to cancel, emails were not responded to and it is very unlikely that any refund will be made. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Absolutely disgusted. Ordered flowers for my wife for our wedding anniversary. Got a gauranteed delivery date for the 30th August (our anniversary day) It is now the 1st September and the flowers still haven't arrived. Ive emailed to see where the flowers are, and they still haven't had the decency to reply. Don't buy from this cowboy company

Ordered a bunch of flowers for an important birthday. Date was given. Still not delivered. Emailed 3 times,no response. Apparently the flowers may arrive tomorrow. 3 days late. Don’t recommend. Wonder what they’ll look like if they do arrive. Avoid and use Serenta..wish I’d of chosen differently

Absolutely shocking service! I ordered flowers for a friend and picked a date for delivery, we are now 4 days over the date and Royal Mail still don’t even have the flowers to deliver! I have emailed to cancel the order and go somewhere with some professionalism however I have been totally ignored.

If I could have given zero stars then I would have. Luckily I have a large social media following so I’m going to do a video about this as I was hoping to have resolved my issue by now following on from my email.

Please stay clear of this company and shop elsewhere x

Do NOT use this service. I placed an order for next day delivery and yet we are still waiting two days later, I have sent two emails regarding my order and both have gone unanswered, phone calls also go unanswered absolute disgusting customer service.

I placed my order on 28th August delivery was promised 29th August.
Its now the 31st August I still have not had my order delivered no Bouquet received no card received. No acknowledgement from company or CEO Ravinjer Singh Baines yet I have emailed them both of non delivery. I want my money back. This is a truly BAD COMPANY.

3 days late, would rather have paid more for a better service

Very disappointed and would not use again. Ordered on Friday for my auntie for the next day it’s now Monday and still not delivered I have emailed multiple times to cancel as it’s too late and not heard anything from them however they did manage to send me a link to review so here we are. It has been bank holiday which I understand but why give you option to purchase the next day and pay for premium service. I wouldn’t mind if they had communicated with me

Ordered on friday for our wedding anniversary, clicked the delivery date of the 30th August, never arrived, emailed customer service no reply. Now the flowers are arriving on the 1st september. Why allow customers to select a delivery date if your not going to deliver.

Thank you so much for the delightful flowers. They were just right as a thank you gift for my dear friend. They arrived in a large box which I thought was great, as some companies squash the flowers into a small cardboard box, just fitting the contents. They also arrived safely on next day delivery. The greeting card was also very nice, and I was able to put everything I wanted in my message. Another thing you are unable to do with some online florists. All in all I was delighted with the whole experience. Thank you

Don't use this company!
You pay for a delivery date and they don't give a damn!!!! You WILL be disappointed when they turn up 3 days late, and not the first time. This service is a con, please don't do it!!! Pay more for a reputable service as this has happened twice to me, and once to a friend. If I could give minus stars, I would!!!!!

Sorry but they did not arrive and I've heard nothing since an email confirming the address? It's a care home so they did not have a door number. Very disappointed as she didn't get her flowers.

I placed and order for a bouquet and card to be delivered to my daughter on Sunday. No delivery was received, no tracking available since last Friday and still no contact back from this company after sending 3 emails. So disappointing..Have I been scammed? is this even a real company?

Ordered saturday should have been delivered sunday still no delivery i have emailed them but no reply, very didapointed wont be ordering again first order and last order i think people get payed to do good reports ,do not order from this company

Ordered Roses and Lillies bouquet from this company for my Wife’s birthday
My wife took delivery from Royal mail opened the box and I was embarrassed to be standing there, the roses looked just about dead.
The Lillies were fine, it looked like they had run out of fresh roses and used roses that should have been in the bin.
How any company can send this out, knowing it’s for someone’s special day or event.
After a couple of days received a email and apology, even though the birthday was over accepted there apologies and offer of bigger bouquet.
The Bouquet came the next day and my wife was really pleased, the flowers this time were fresh and what you should expect.
I think if you can’t meet the order with fresh flowers just tell the customer.

First of all the order I placed was being delivered back to me instead of where I wanted it to go.
Order promised to be delivered on Fri and its now Monday and I havent received an explanation as to why not delivered or when it will be. Im beginning to wonder if all the good reviews are false.
