Paid on 19th, next day delivery didn't turn up, that was a Sunday so thought maybe it was next 'working' day. Confirmed as 'on it's way' today - checked when didn't turn up, now saying delivery tomorrow. What's the point of getting for a birthday if they're not going to turn up? Checked T&C's - so many 'get out of jail free' points.

Flowers where shocking for the price could of got a better bunch at a cheaper price from my local supermarket I ordered for next day ended up being delivered around 5.30pm after I paid £4.99 postage wouldn’t recommend

Flowers where nice but £9 for a standard cadburys chocolate bar and they stated my delivery was coming Friday yet didn’t come till Saturday so missed the actual event they where for

Flowers arrived yesterday for anniversary the flowers were appalling the roses all looked dead Have contacted company by email as yet no reply woukd definitely not buy again.

Nothing delightful about this company. Ordered bereavement flowers on 15th September and paid next day delivery. No flowers delivered. Contacted customer service via email and said they would be delivered yesterday...again no flowers.
Im disgusted. Ive asked for a full refund.
Take your order to a reputable company not these who can't deliver a service their website offers.

It's a no hassle way to order your loved ones flowers. I have used this vender for the last 6 bouquets I have had delivered. Each one was to very high standard. Being an ex florist myself I could not do any better.

Ordered for a specific date, came two days late. Customer service didn't care,
Product was everywhere so cheap compared to pictures online. Don't order from these guys. Flours were rubbish by the time we got them. £30 for I'd say what you can get in Tesco for £7

Found this on a google search as need quick delivery but on a certain budget. The site had so much variety and i was really pleased with the prices. As a group of friends buyng for a birthday i wanted to make our money we put together stretch. I am so chuffed i found this and they deliver with royal mail with tracking so will know when ita been delivered to the date you choose . Super happy and the items we ordered are lovely. Thank you will be uaing again
