I have not seen the flowers I ordered as they were a gift posted directly to a friend, however the recipient was so pleased with them. She said they were beautiful colours and were one of the best looking bouquets she had received.

I was searching for a sympathy bouquet but lots were coming in over £50!! Until I found Delightful Flora.
They had a range to choose from and were great value for money.. it was easy to do and the flowers were lovely.
I will 100% be using them again.

Absolutely disgusted with their customer service, the flowers that I ordered looked nothing and I mean nothing like the advertised pic, I had even upgraded to the Large Size, but thus bouquet was by no means large, I contacted them to express my feelings on my order and the response I got was rude….. I will never purchase from here again and if you want your flowers to look like what they are advertising I'd advise you to purchase elsewhere cause you won't get what you order & pay for.… I could only give a 1 star rating as there was no lower choice…. If I was able to post pics of what was ordered verses what was received you would see what I mean…. Save your money shop elsewhere

Flowers never arrived. I emailed to request a refund and just got robotic reply after reply telling me to give delivery more time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Having been let down by another flower delivery firm I was a little reluctant to use another but delightful flora were efficient reliable and kept me informed the entire time and the recipient of the bouquet was delighted …couldn’t ask for more. I will use them again, thank you delightfulflora you were great!

They do not deliver on the date specified, customer service is terrible and the flowers look nothing like the photos. I am getting no reply on emails so having to go through my bank for a refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

First time buyer and would definitely buy from again. Website easy to use. Wide range of flowers to choose from. Great prices. Delivery service was very good.
Order a bouquet for my Mum and she was over the moon with them.

Refused to give a refund dispite missing the deadline..
My wife's return from hospital after suffering life altering injuries ..

We received a bunch of flowers from these guys. They looked ok upon arrival, however the extra greetings card was damp and curled up, there was no flower food and the colours were different to those ordered.

The next day the roses had drooped significantly. We tried to perk them up with fresh water etc but they looked ready for the bin by day 4.

I’ve had flowers last longer with a yellow sticker! Awful.

Give this company a wide berth if you want good quality flowers.

I ordered flowers for my Aunt who had some sad news over the weekend abd wanted to cheer her up .She got her flowers on Monday and was absolutely delighted...She sent me a photo and I loved them too.Thank you

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Sent out dead flowers with zero responsibility. Please save your money and use a different company. They lie and refuse refunds for goods that aren't as shown. If only I could show the photos of them 😔 how embarrassing

This company is rubbish. Whatever you do don't buy flowers from them.
It was a simple task. Accept my order on 7th September to deliver flowers on 11th September.

Requires them to do 2 things.
1 Make sure they have flowers
2 Get them to a courier in enough time to be delivered on chosen date.

Late on the 11th I get a notification from Royal Mail they are delivering on 12th. Guess what they were collected on 11th.

Then compound it by poor customer service.

1st excuse - the selected delivery date isn't guaranteed. NOBODY ORDERS FLOWERS FOR DELIVERY ON A DAY OTHER THAN THE ONE SELECTED.

2nd excuse - if you order late in the day we can't guarantee delivery. YOU HAD 4 DAYS NOTICE.

I ordered flowers on Saturday, and they were supposed to be delivered on Sunday. It’s now Tuesday and the flowers still haven’t been delivered to the specified address. The recipient has been at home the whole time.

Reasonable price, lovely flowers and delivered when we asked for them to be delivered. Great communication too. Would recommend.

Paid on 19th, next day delivery didn't turn up, that was a Sunday so thought maybe it was next 'working' day. Confirmed as 'on it's way' today - checked when didn't turn up, now saying delivery tomorrow. What's the point of getting for a birthday if they're not going to turn up? Checked T&C's - so many 'get out of jail free' points.
