Do not use this company. I ordered flowers on a Friday, for delivery the following Wednesday. Plenty of time you would think. No flowers did not arrive Wednesday, or Thursday. They eventually arrived on Friday, and after hanging around in a Royal Mail depot, were in extremely poor condition. I contacted Delightfulflora, ( only contactable by email) they seem to have a not interested attitude. I explained that the flowers were not as I ordered, should have been Rose's and Freesias, they sent Roses and Carnations, no explanation. Just told to send a photograph, but the flowers were in such a statehalf of them were thrown away. All they said was that they can't guarantee delivery on the requested day. No point ordering from them then. They do not care. They have poor customer communications, and an anything will do attitude.

Definitely stay away from this place I ordered flowers card and balloon for my daughters birthday paid extra for next day delivery the company even stated it was being delivered on the 11th didn’t turn up till 12th around 5 in the afternoon so has been binned as my daughter wasn’t there why would u send flowers a day after someone’s birthday unless company stay away sent emails they just ignore it then send a email trying to sell you more

I bought these red roses for my sisters special birthday. The delivery service was perfect and arrived on her birthday. She was so excited when she opened them. She sent me a picture and they were beautiful. A really great seller. I definitely recommend them

Really bad! I thought they use local business and delivery by such but they will send the flowers by daily mail. I ordered the next day delivery and they took three days to be delivered. Also you can’t reach them by phone. Don’t recommend using them. Avoid.

Be aware that next day delivery is not next day!
Ordered on Tuesday delivery came Friday and I paid for that service!
Customer service says next day is 1-2 days false advertising, beware …….

Shocking service. Flowers were a day late. 4 were broken and the ballon was deflated. Definitely wouldn't order from again

This is the worst company for flowers especially as they say they are called Delightfulflora.

Received flowers today
(11th Sep 2026) that were due for delivery on 9th Sept 2026. The bouquet should have had freesia's in it but I had some ropey pink/purple carnation's instead.
Leaves falling off as soon as removed from “luxury box’ and dry as a bone I have no hope that Pretty Scented Roses & Freesias bouquet will be dead soon. And if you don’t want the flowers you select for your recipient to be sent then this is again the best company. Freesias and Carnations are not the same flower.
How awful that I had to let the person know who brought them for me how awful they are and certainly not worth the money they paid.

Seen better flowers in the cemetery.

DO NOT RECOMMEND, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE.

And the flowers are in the bin today as they are dead, it took longer for the delivery to happen than I actually had them in my home!

I ordered a large bouquet but unfortunately part of the address was missing so royal mail returned. I contacted the florist via email advising of additional information and the y confirmed a redelivery the next day .

Lovely blooms, delivered promptly and with some buds ready to open as well as fully open, lovely fragrance. Very nice delivery person.

When you order flowers from an on-line florists you expect that they will look like the pictures displayed and delivered on the day arranged. Unfortunately, if you choose this company you'll be sadly let down. Having missed the date for delivery I brought this to the notice of the company, as it could easily have been the fault of the Royal Mail. Whilst the flowers didn't look like that advertised I put this down to the time in transit. At this point the failings in Customer Service also raised their head. Instead of at least receiving an acknowledgement that the bouquet was late in arriving they just insisted on having a photo of the flowers and stating that these were the ones ordered. The correspondence was similar to a chat box. No empathy, ignoring the issue and sticking to a script. If you want to send flowers to a friend or loved ones please chose a better firm to avoid disappointment.

I ordered flowers for next day delivery and was charged a premium for this and they did not arrive until the day after. I emailed you to say how disappointed I was as they arrived late and have received no response from you

Ordered a large bouquet for my daughter who has been very ill in order to cheer her up. The flowers which arrived were a small bunch bearing no resemblance to the bouquet I had ordered. They were really disappointing.

I contacted the company with photos and asked for their comments. The reply I received stated that the flowers were comparable with the image of those id ordered and they would not be offering any refund.

I hadn't asked for a refund and I contacted them again and they haven't bothered to respond.

I've ordered before and had a good experience on several occasions but, based on these latest blooms and the poor company response I will not be ordering again.

They have lost business due to poor service and quality.

Well to start with not good due to your computer going do dally, but any way after a few emails back and forth without going into detail You sorted it all out and my daughter recieved her flowers and l have to say they are stunning so alls forgiven.Would l use your company again ? A big fat YES so thankyou so very much , l have to say excellent delivery So once again a big fat thankyou Delightfulflora .I highly reccomend to any one wanting a good quality beautiful bouquet .xx👍❤️
