Simply the best real estate agent
Working with Tom Yeomanson to sell my house was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The entire process was incredibly smooth and required very little effort on my part — Tom handled everything with professionalism, efficiency, and clear communication. I was especially impressed by how seamless he made the whole transaction feel. Great Service
Ed was an excellent agent throughout the selling of our Wandsworth flat. We had some tricky issues to resolve but Ed helped immensely and was very pro-active in helping when we could not be available-due to living 2 hours away. Highly recommend!

We just purchased a 3-bedroom Maisonette from Chris at D&G. We could not recommend Chris more highly. He was incredibly helpful during the negotiation process and helped us push through the sale in a hurry within 8 weeks. Chris really went above and beyond. Would highly recommend D&G!!

Premium service for a premium outcome!
Selling a property can be incredibly stressful, particularly with a toddler running around! Chris and the DG team made the process manageable through very effective communication. Chris personally handled communication across all parties and was able to foresee any challenges and navigate them effectively! It was great to feel like a priority and achieve a sale value higher than all other quoted agents was spectacular.

Block Management - Amy Phillips

Following a leak from the upstairs flat she advised on a course of action,supported our claim and pursued a solution which required constant phonecalls and emails. Highly recommend!
My husband and I so enjoyed our experience working with Catalina to find our short-term let in London. She was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. We had a very small window to find a flat and sign a lease. Catalina and Harry went above and beyond, even sending the paperwork over a holiday weekend to ensure we were able to hit our deadline and secure the flat. We’re excited to work with them again to find our long-term home.

Harry’s help was great
Harry was of great help during my flat search in London. The attention to detail was always present and he was transparent and attentive throughout the process. He not only takes care of the tenant who is looking but most definitely helps find the best middle ground for the owners!

Nick Darragh handled the sale of my flat
Nick Darragh handled the sale of my flat in Southfields in what was a "testing" sale due to needy and demanding buyers and my solicitors, who were slow on all aspects of the sale; this was achieved with good humour, support and the ability to calm all parties, no easy feat. He was a star and it wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for him. I can't recommend him enough.
