Had a really positive experience with an agent called Katie who couldn’t have been more helpful, resourceful, and determined. Moving home is stressful and the rental market not easy, and she was a great representative for D&G

We recently sold a flat in London through Simon, and cannot recommend him enough. He was absolutely first class--quick to respond, incredibly knowledgeable, and always on hand if needed. Buying/selling is a stressful process with lots of moving parts, but Simon handled everything with professionalism, good grace, and a commitment to getting things done quickly and efficiently. We're so grateful!

The absolute worst letting experience that I have experienced from a letting team. Incredibly poor/toxic service from the entire team.

I experienced incredibly crass service; the letting team operates on a culture of poor customer service and admin / general best practise flows which then lead to lies, gaslighting and very poor attempts to hide it.
Avoid at all costs. If you value your sanity as a tenant please please do scroll through the other reviews from previous tenants, highlighting the letting teams history of poor service they are 100% true and I wish I took heed before choosing this awful team.

We recently sold a property in London with Simon. The offer was accepted on the 27th Feb 2025 and Completion took place on 28th March 2025, one month! This was down to Simon's efficiency and comprehensive knowledge of what we all needed to do, a good relationship with solicitors and handling the process from start to finish with professionalism. We are indebted to you Simon.

I recently purchased a flat in Battersea where Hannah Field was the estate agent. Hannah was very responsive, tenacious and engaged throughout the transaction and was always very happy to guide me through the process/answer questions etc. We really needed to complete prior to the SDLT change and Hannah went above and beyond to make this happen for which we are extremely grateful. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell in this area.

Andy Matin at D&G is possibly the best agent in London. With so many London sales falling through during the sales process, Andy will work tirelessly to get your sale over the line. He is the most competent, knowledgeable and proactive agent I have dealt with. Highly recommend!

Iria was super helpful, very communicative and on the ball with helping us in our search. If she couldn’t do a time / we couldn’t, we’d always find a solution. It really helped that she was so friendly and relaxed, because a lot of estate agents can be quite pushy and it’s such a stressful time finding somewhere, she made sure every flat was the right one for us and never took it personally if it wasn’t.
