I rang to confirm a delivery day but was told that due to it being a bank Holiday weekend they couldn't guarantee a day. After a discussion with the salesman I agreed to go and collect the item from the center. This was easy and they had the part resdy for me. Item has since been fitted and after initial complecations it is now all sorted. I would certainly used Electrics online again and recommend to others.

Spot on. Given a time slot the night before and again in the morning. Phone call 20 mins before arrival. 2 really polite and friendly drivers. Unpacked the item for me so I could check it over then carried it in. Couldn’t ask for a better service and to top it off this place was the cheapest around by 10% over everyone else. Win win.

Unfortunately a very bad experiance/service. Made an order. Waited. Got a reply 5 working days later saying one of the items ordered was out of stock.

Was interested in this company because they have solar pannels at great prices. Tested the waters ordering a few second fix accessories and a Blumberg 5 inch fan grille cover. This was the item listed in stock that was not in stock. I was looking for another supplier mainly for solar pannels and glad I did not make a big order for any of the remaining plots I wanted pannels for. Will carry on using Segen, more expensive but I suppose the product is just one part of buying wholesale products. Service is the other. Sometimes you need a product, you need to know when its going to arrive and a prompt reply/communication if its not.

Sam is always helpful, polite and generally keeps the orders prepared for prompt collection .
