I ordered 2 smoke alarms, I never received due to dpd leaving the goods outside and were stolen, The said company ELECTRICAL ONLINE fobbed me off for a refund, just use Screwfix or a local wholesaler If I was you. no stars for theses cowboys.

Thank you. I ordered a replacement thermostat that arrived promptly but only to find from our engineer that it wasn’t compatible with our system. Online electrical were happy to accept return of it and refunded the money promptly. All dealt with. great.
