0 STARS THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM THEY HAVE STOLEN FROM ME AND NOT REPLIED TO MY EMAILS!!!! I am plaguing their Instagram posts to try & get a response after not getting any reply from them for over 14 days!

An absolute scam. Took 3+ weeks to arrive (and I stupidly didn’t realise they were made in China). Terrible quality, cheaply made. Took so long to get here that I was unable to organise for a refund. Do not shop here.

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!

This is the most horrible company I’ve ever dealt with. They just rip off other companies designs and don’t even do a good job. It took them 4 months to send the product and when I got it, it was awful. It was ill fitting and cheap quality and they don’t even bother replying back to you. Do not order from this shocking site.

Do not buy from Emelia The Label. Go through your banks right now and put in a dispute transaction. This is the best chance to get your money back. All positive reviews are from the company, not actual customers.

Please jump onto their social media pages and report this company as scam immediately!!

Do not buy from this website they are a scam!! Ordered in February and still have not received my order despite multiple emails asking where my email is and very few replies stating I would receive the shipping details in a couple of days but nothing!! Ignored my emails when I requested a refund

This company is an absolute scam!!! Do not purchase from them!
I paid for a dress Jan 28 2025. After 2 weeks I reached out to check on my order as I needed it for my son’s christening. They said to be patient as they’re busy during sale periods. I asked if I could cancel the order to buy something from a store near me as I needed something soon. They said no too late.
After my son’s christening I reached out again. Now their response was it’s a preorder item, ships out end of March. They actually never had this information on the dress page description and updated it after I harassed them.
I waited until first week of April to check up on my order. They said I’ll receive confirmation of shipping details in a couple days. I gave them 2weeks until I sent another email. And now, no response. It’s been 12weeks and nothing sent to me after I paid them. These people have set this site up to take peoples money and not deliver. I’m in the works to sue them. Please stay clear of them.

Do not buy from this company. Ordered in Feb, it is now Mid April with no updates unless I send a bunch of emails requesting an update to then I receive a half assed ‘too bad’ email. They refused a refund and then REMOVED the complimentary gift that was advertised with the purchase. Order is still yet to arrive, will be surprised if it ever comes. $173 down the drain, do not get sucked in.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They appear to be a drop shipping company and majority of their photos are stolen from other influencers and the dresses they’re supposed “selling” are originals from other big brands like House Of CB, Zimmerman, Meshki, Solace London etc.

Quality is garbage. My dress came see through and when I tried to return they said it would be a while until they could approve it? Still have not gotten return details and now they are saying I can only have store credit if I return. It’s in Australia and I have to pay for shipping. So I can’t have my money back AND have to pay for shipping.

Do not order from this company! I am so disappointed I didn’t read these reviews before ordering. This company has taken photos from another website and used them as their own, the dress I purchased was $129 when the original dress is $300 from the other website.

I ordered this dress for my bachelorette party which I know now, I will never receive and even if I do it will be poor quality.

They are non responsive on email, no customer service line to call, beware of this SCAM!

The only way to get your money back, from reading these reviews, is to lodge an investigation with your bank.

Only 7 day return for original payment and THEY DO NOT RESPOND EMAILS, I lodged the ticket and IT'S BEEN A WEEK AND HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM THEM AND YOU CAN'T CALL THEM - NEVER AGAIN

If I could give it a zero, I would. SCAMMERS! Have not received the dress AND won't reply to any emails. Do not buy from them.

Do not waste your time with these fraudsters. Took about 8 weeks for item to arrive and when it did it looked like my 9 year old niece had made a replica of what was advertised. False advertisement from other genuine and reputable brands. Attempted to request a refund and no response as they obviously enjoy completely robbing people of money. Dispute raised with bank. Wish I had seen these comments before ordering. Please don’t waste your time or hard earned cash. Please shut these thieves down.

If I could give zero, I would. This is the worst company on earth. Whoever is behind this page is nothing but an evil person. Taking people's money and not delivering an item to them is the worst I can ever imagine. I made a purchase but never received it. I paid for shipping protection, and they claim the item was delivered. I requested a photo of where the item was delivered, and they sent me a picture of someone’s home. I told whoever was behind that message that the item had not been delivered to me. But I get to suffer the consequences of not getting a refund or my item due to the item being delivered to the wrong address. It is the worst customer service I have seen in my life. It takes them weeks to respond to an email. It's rude and very nasty to take your money. They should be taken down. I made this purchase on Feb 11, and up to date, nothing has been resolved.

Worst company to deal with!!! I still havnt received my items and I have demanded a refund many times with just the usual cut and paste response!!!! Do not order anything from this company!!! They take your money and and then ghosted !!!!!! I’m still waiting on my order ( I ordered in February).. total joke!!!!

Be more open on how long item takes to be shipped

Absolutely shocking service. Took 9 weeks to receive my order, and when it came it was not what the photo looked like. I am now having trouble generating a "return", as the retailers website has not updated that the dress was delivered, so there is no where to choose to refund. Have emailed their customer service team with no response. Awful awful service.

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM.
