Oh my goodness please nobody shop with these weird people. They are legit scammers, I ordered a dress (clearly didn’t know they were going to scam me) it’s been a month now and still haven’t received my item, they didn’t send me a tracking number either, they told me multiple times it is in dispatch so it will be shipped out soon never received it. I sent multiple emails asking for my money back otherwise I’ll have to take it further (which I did). I sent so many messages sooooo many asking for updates etc they kept repeating the same thing it’s coming blah blah, whatever!!! I had to dispute it, cancel my card and get a refund from the bank. Thank god someone sent me to this page cause I used this as more evidence that they’re a scam. Anyways rant over they suck and I never hope anyone else goes through this!!

Scam website - ordered a dress on 1 February and was told it was going to be shipped within 2-3 days. 6 weeks later and I am chasing them daily for an update with barely any responses and have been told the dress was ‘pre-order’ which they didn’t realise when I ordered it and they hope to send it by the end of the month. Do not buy from them!

Ordered over a month ago and still have not received the dress and I am not expecting it to come. I have emailed them twice asking about delivery and they responded with excuses about a sale. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. My daughter ordered a dress, 3-5 days delivery & we are still waiting 3 months later. Had to go through her bank to get her money back. Customer service non existent. Avoid at all costs.

The delivery took ages about 6 weeks and the quality is really bad. Dress not at all like the picture.

This website is a scam!
i ordered off here and sent multiple emails and instagram messages and they replied once saying they will get back to me and never did. my order was never shipped after 6 weeks so i had to request a charge back from the bank. do not order off here unless you either don’t want to get your order, or if you do it’s an item they have purchased off shein as per other reviews.

BEWARE: SCAM WEBSITE

Ordered my dress on Jan 31st 2025 and when I hadn’t received any shipping or tracking details I sent an email on Feb 9th to follow up. They said to allow for longer dispatch times during sale periods. (The dress I purchased is literally always on sale). After 2 and a half weeks since my date of purchase, I sent another email to which they replied “We are currently experiencing a high influx of customer enquiries. We kindly ask that you allow a few days for us to get back to you. Please refrain from sending multiple emails as we address our responses in order. This will avoid you automatically being pushed to the back of the queue”.
From that point on, absolutely no communication from them.
So disappointing. DO NOT ORDER from this website. I wish I had have checked the reviews before purchasing.

Don’t not use this website, it has been over a month since I ordered a dress from here and no updates, I have emailed them over 5 times and not 1 reply. Horrible experience and I don’t think I will ever see the dress I ordered $140 gone.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from their website. Dress ordered is nothing like the picture or what they advertised. Cheap quality & material. Dress arrived from Sydney & return address is in China. Postage is too expensive to return. What a waste of money!! So disappointed & frustrated!!!

I ordered a dress on the 7th of January. Received a confirmation email instantly.

I emailed on the 11th asking when the item would likely be dispatched, to which they replied on the 13th saying that I selected a "pre-order" dress.

My fault, I completely missed the tiny tiny print in the description of the dress. My suggestion would be to add "pre-order" to the photo.

I then asked to cancel the order as I needed the dress the following week, to which they replied, purchases are final and cannot be canceled. As per there terms and conditions... again, my own fault for not reading.

I then emailed asking on the 16th when they would likely be shipping, they replied saying it was in the final stages of production and is expected to arrive at their warehouse within the next fortnight. One it arrives they will dispatch it.

Received an email on the 24th that it has been shipped. Then nothing, so I emailed on the 29th asking for an updated. They replied saying it is currently being prepared for dispatch, allow business days for the tracking update. They then go on to say that "some parcels are shipped for our overseas warehouse, so tracking information may not show any updates until the package has been scanned into the receiving state. I thought this was odd considering its "an Australian owned company".

Anyways, it is now the 11th of February, no update on the shipment, tracking number is still coming up as "pending".

$160 down the drain.

I assume when the dress arrives it's going to be made like crap and the return is going to be more difficult than ever.

Stay away from the website.

COMPLETE SCAM - NEVER AGAIN.

Ordered a dress in jan - they then turn around and say it was pre order (never said that). Then they said they shipped it a couple of weeks ago and still nothing.

DONT DO IT! They take your money and never send your product. When enquired I got 1 response and then ghost after numerous emails and weeks passed. Going through my bank to get my refund as it’s fraudulent.

Do not buy from this site. The company is NOT in Queensland Australia. It is a total scam. The took my money for two dresses and I never received either of them. I have put in a fraud complaint with my bank and hopefully I will receive my funds back. I hope this STOPS anyone else being scammed

I ordered the Diamond Drape Maxi Dress with Emelia the Label and have been completely scammed.

Firstly, they claim to be an ‘Australian owned’ business on their Instagram, but when I searched their trading name - SERRG GROUP LIMITED - they are a Hong Kong based company.

Secondly, they STOLE designs from Australian company MESHKI. MESHKI originally created the Marcel Diamond Drape Maxi Dress. Emelia the Label stole this design.

It took 11 business days to receive the item, despite their website saying Australian shipping takes 5-8 business days. Then when I received the item it was NOTHING as described. The description (copied from MESHKI as Emelia the Label’s is a knock off version) states that the dress is “embellished in shimmering rhinestones.” Well in fact, those ‘rhinestones’ are just silver stickers which is honestly laughable considering this dress cost $150.

I followed their returns procedure as per their website, and they sent a generic email back saying my ‘return will be processed within 2-3 days.” Naturally, I don’t trust that.

This website is a complete scam. The only other review I’ve seen were a few girls on TikTok who also received dresses which were terrible quality and nothing like what was advertised.

I just wanted to bring attention to this website so that no one else is scammed by this company.
