Jason from Kent was absolutely…

Jason from Kent was absolutely fantastic when he came to fix my mum’s chair. There had been numerous issues with my mum’s Hsl chair and essentially, hsl turned a blind eye to my mum, despite her being 92 and suffering a stroke. Jason however, said he wouldn’t leave a 92 year old without a chair for the weekend and continued until he fixed it for her. What a true gentleman and a lifesaver!

good experience just waiting too long for parts

Overall it was a good experience just the turnaround time for the part is like four to six week seems a bit too long is it transported by carrier pigeon.

Don’t be afraid to ask questions. The Technician will be only to please to answer them.

Excellent service, technician arrived on time was very professional. I could not reset the recliner to the upright position. How ever within a couple of minutes he had corrected the fault and took the time to explain the problem and what I could do to correct it should it occur again .

Quality repair service

The company communicated well to let me know when the techician was due. He arrived within the time slot, was courteous and respected our property by removing his outdoor footwear on entry. He took the cushion seat pad to his van and repaired it within 10 minutes, you wouldn't have known there had been an issue with the stitching before. Great service.

Impressed with service and repair

The technician arrived on time

The technician arrived on time, was friendly and helpful. He was fully aware of the problems and immediately remedied those he could. He photographed those he was unable to fix as part of his report telling me he would place an order for fabric to replace the damaged pieces. By the end of the working day, I received an email from Emmiera confirming the fabric was on order, given a time frame and advised a further appointment would be made when it was received. A very favourable impression.

We were told my Emmiera Group there…

We were told my Emmiera Group there would be 11 week wait for the part to fix our reclining armchair , it was delivered to them but then delivered to us for the technician to replace , appointment was fairly easy to arrange after receiving an email to book , on arrival of technician he was very pleasant and very respectful of our home took his trainers off and had the part replaced in 5 to 10 minutes ,
Very Satisfied customer thank you

Damaged aleather chair…

The daunting task faced by Zed in repairing my damaged leather chair. He spent ages trying to get a close colour match and was very careful in exacting it. We were super impressed with the care he took in matching the colour. Ten out of ten.

Great communication with the repair side of things. Excellent repair, polite, tidy on time. Great.!! Delivery side of parts was 💩 though as had no idea of when coming & was just left inside gate.!

We understand your disappointment with the outcome of your recent mattress assessment, particularly if you feel that there is a manufacturing issue with it.

With every respect to customers, our experienced technicians are experts in their field and conduct these assessments every working day.

We have reviewed the technician's report and images and can confirm that he has conducted all of the industry-recognised tests correctly, to ascertain if the mattress is performing as it should be in accordance with its type, age, and manufacturer guidelines.

While the tests may not seem very scientific, they are incredibly accurate.

A store note has been added to our portal for your retailer, advising them that you have asked for a second opinion.

As we do not manufacture or sell mattresses and attended at the instruction of your retailer, we need their permission to send a different technician out.

We would recommend that you speak to your retailer directly.
