The repairman was honest with me saying…
The repairman was honest with me saying he could repair my chair but it would cost more than it was worth. Appreciated that. He had examined my chair thoroughly and took his time explaining things. I will definately use again if my next chair breaks down.

First class service
I had an issue with a new leather sofa. I was able to select my appointment date, and the communication was good throughout.
The technician who attended was polite and professional. He took time to assess the issue, then to rectify it.

The guy that came was polite and professional. He could see the issue and carried out a steam clean on the problem area. Improved the issue but time will tell. I was kept up to date with date and time of attendance .

I wanted an independant report on my Sofa and chair for a duspute. Excellent service from start to finish. Staff on phone very helpful and efficient, same with the engineer who was very experienced and knowlegeable. Best money I have ever spent. Highly recomend the company.
