A very polite and knowledgeable engineer

Gary arrived as agreed, very knowledgeable and able to rectify the problems straight away. The sofa is now exactly as it should be nice and straight

The gentleman who called to out to our home was 5*. A lovely guy, great communication and extremely pleasant.

The company had the issue fixed within 5 days, I would definitely take this insurance again.

Useless

Useless when it comes to coming to inspect your mattress. Firstly they don't call to specify when they will come. Secondly they take a few ridiculous measurements on the mattress and take pictures of themselves or their hands on the mattress to just show that it's fine... They did not inspect anything inside the mattress nor evaluate its quality appropriately. Pretty rubbish service here....

All mattress inspections we carry out are conducted strictly in line with the manufacturer’s guidelines. These guidelines determine the approved method of assessment, which typically involves external measurements, visual checks, and photographic evidence to identify issues such as settlement, sagging, or structural faults. Unfortunately, mattresses cannot be opened or internally dismantled during an inspection, as this would cause damage and invalidate any potential claim.
Photographs and measurements — including images showing applied pressure — are required by manufacturers as evidence to assess whether the mattress falls within acceptable tolerances. While this may not always appear thorough from a customer perspective, it is the recognised and standard process set by the manufacturer, not our own discretion.
We are sorry if communication regarding the visit did not meet expectations, and we will certainly take this feedback on board to review how we can improve the customer experience going forward.

Our new sofa had the back legs pointing…

Our new sofa had the back legs pointing the wrong way and Emmiera were appointed to make the safa good. We were quickly given a date for the work which was four weeks away.
When the day came the technician turned up in the 2 hour window as set by Emmiera the day before.
The sofa was checked and photographed and inspected carefully before the sofa was fixed. The technician then checked our other new sofa to make sure it was perfect too.
An excellent experience with a careful and thorough technician.

Great workmanship

Steve who done the repair was very polite & laid back.Was easy to speak to & certainly knew his trade.zi was so pleased with his work & bedside manner he got two cups of tea.He also arrived on time.Hopefully I won’t need his services again but it I did I would recommend him & his company 100%

Excellent service but if they say arrival time is between 08:00 and 13:00, turning up at 7:50 meant that we weren’t ready for the visit.

Gary Emmiera Technician

Gary, the Technician from Emmiera visited us today to fix a problem with a Swivel Chair we purchased from Argos. Gary was very polite and friendly and very respectful of our other furniture and property, he explained what he would was going to do and he soon found the problem (loose bolt) and quickly repaired our Chair. He arrived on time and we are really pleased with the service we have received right from our initial call to report the problem up to completion of the repair. Very good experience from a 5 Star service

Professional service

Fabulous, we had some minor issues with our new larder cupboard but Matt came out to rectify the problems on the day I booked and in the specified time they provided with a courtesy 10min arrival call. Clean fix, professional and extremely good service. Highly recommend.

Great company

Although I had a bit of a wait for the parts to fix my sofa, first lot didn't arrive (which was not the fault of the company) my overall experience has been very good. The customer service is excellent, very friendly and polite and eager to sort out any problems you have. The technician who came to fix the parts on my sofa was friendly and very easy to talk to, he was very mindful of my property, covering my floor etc so that my carpet wasn't damaged, which was appreciated, and he did an excellent job too so I can honestly say I am one happy customer.

Jashira & Jack

Jashira & Jack turned what was an awful day into something that was manageable, I required an emergency inspection due to circumstances unforeseen and out of my control and had to bring it forward a week, without hesitation this happened and Jack even waited outside until I turned up, I couldn't ask for a more genuine pair and so glad I was dealt with by them both, to the company, they are a credit to you, to the people that will have the pleasure of dealing with them, you are luck to have had them!

Dont waste your money!

After they cancelled 2 appt last min,making me take time off work!
They finally turned up workers very polite, wanted stains removed from sofa they had a hand held shark cleaner which i have the same! Thought it would be something more industrial! I could have done the exact same job without wasting time taking time off work..
Overall outcome not impressed at all
What a waste of money having this insurance!
