My boiler broke down and the next day…
My boiler broke down and the next day the engineer Mr Grenville Holdsworth came round and found the fault straight away. Because my boiler is older he had to order the parts. As soon as they were in he came back and fixed my boiler. He was very friendly and efficient and he showed me his identity card when he arrived to put me at ease. I am very happy about the fast excellent service Hewer provide and can highly recommend the Failsafeplan.

I had a visit as my boiler was not working Paul. Come out and was spot on with everything he done he new straight away wot the problem was and was so cheerful and happy and no mess was left(I have had work men before that have left mess) I hope if I need my boiler repaired again it'd Paul that comes such a nice guy and credit to the company

Hewer's top bloke Nicholas!
Our annual Hewer gas safety check was carried out by Nicholas, absolutely brilliant bloke who arrived especially early as I had just finished a night shift and needed to sleep. Not only did he do the gas safety check he took extra time to replace a cracked plastic pipe that had recently begun leaking. Had a really nice chat with him whilst he was here, super guy, very nice to have met him. Thank you Hewer, see you next year!

The Saturday Job
Guy did a spot on job.
Fitted new boiler an stat.
Came out on Saturday aswell where as most wouldnt. Showed us how everything worked an made sure there was no issues bled all rads for us. No mess no drama's very polite.
Left me to watch the moto gp 🤣

A fantastic face to Hewers business …
Had a problem with hot water being intermittent. Andy & Devon knew exactly what it was. They ordered part immediately and came out a few days later to fit. Both very professional and courteous. Andy is extremely knowledgeable and has a very ‘can do’ attitude ie nothing is too much trouble. Both guys are a credit to Hewers and give an exemplary face to the business. Thank you both for a job well done, Bri’s & I appreciate it.

He had a very long walk around to find best place for it and that would also make less mess ,
He was very clean and tidy, didn't leave any mess at all

Brilliant service
Engineer came out and was fantastic. He fixed our noisy boiler and checked its performance. Not only was he professional and friendly but he came out within 4 hours of being called as we had a newborn baby in the house.
